    The events are ranked by TSS: Training Stress Score (TSS) is a composite number that takes into account the duration and intensity of a workout to arrive at a single estimate of the overall training load and physiological stress created by that training session.

    I bought this camera and this was my first Insta360 product; it's a great camera for recording cycling content and that's just the start of many other applications; so far, it's the top tier spec'd camera until that other manufacturer eventually releases their much anticipated hardware update ...

    Great review, it actually helped me make up my mind and I bought this bike a few months back. So far I’m loving it to the point were I’m considering the drive train upgrade and selling my summer bike. I have one question though, have you had any problems with headset knocking? Mine is constantly knocking after rides and I believe it could be build tolerances.

    I have 42c (tubeless) Pathfinder Pro's and while I agree with you on the sizing, I also find them heavy and slower compared to my previous tyres, Maxxis Receptors. Receptors are fast and light on road and hard packed gravel, but they lack grip in wet or loose gravel. Pathinders have great grip and control. My ideal tyre would be 40c around 400g's, that's great on and off road. Anyone tried the Cadex AR's?

  • @mattwilliams3104

    I agree with pretty much everything you said here. I’ve owned this exact bike (different color) for about two years now. I upgraded to some Just Riding Along sub 1400 gram carbon wheels which *really* livened up the bike and improved its cornering. Also launches easier now. The stock wheels were so heavy. Also a swapped out the entire groupset for a mismatch Shimano GRX 1x12. Also found a steal on an Easton carbon handlebar. Those upgrades dropped the bike to under 20lbs. However, the seat post is a legit reason I would consider getting rid of this bike. No structural issues with it but I’ve started riding some gnarlier gravel bike races and a dropper post would really be incredible to have. I still have all of the original components and will likely put those back in and sell, then build up a frameset or buy a lower tier carbon build. Either way, great bike overall and the fact you can find them for $1500ish used is a great deal, especially if you are able to slowly upgrade. The dang seat post tho!!

    Awesome review, thanks! Do you use the cam just in auto setting mode or do you change the settings depending on the conditions? And do you have a recommendation on how to use the cam while on a gravel ride? Sometimes I want to show different perspective than with the mouth mount on a gravel downhill but obviously it's hard to hold the stick. đŸ€”

    • @PatrickDelorenzi
      @PatrickDelorenzi Pƙed 15 dny

      Hi! I keep the camera in auto mode with the ev comp set to -0.3 or -0.7 for gravel, I would look at the bike bundle which has an updated clamp on mount that is light but sturdy (like the previous moto mount but lighter). Sometimes I use the chest mount, very handy for pov shots; Sometimes I use the mount mount also for pov shots; Sometimes I just put the stick on the saddle and sit on it, other times I will use a heavy duty Velcro strip to strap it to the saddle in case the downhill is very bumpy; For rear mounting, they also make a dedicated mount which I have used a couple of times and is pretty solid (only works on round saddle poles if I remember correctly. Most of the mounts only work on round handlebars or stems). Here is the affiliate link to the camera and take a look at the bike bundle www.insta360.com/sal/x4?INRZXYB

      Hi Peter, in my opinion the best choice is the bike bundle they sell on the site. I have the previous version of that handlebar mount (it was called the moto mount), but it was heavy and bulky. Now they have updated it and it’s smaller and lighter, as well as being really solid. One thing to look into is it might only fit round handlebars and stems. @17:40 That is what carbs do. They tend to promote grazing or snacking. On a different note, does the Supersapiens app estimate HBA1c? HBA1c is a measure of damage done to your red bloodcells, done by glucose. Excessive blood glucose (whether its acute or cronically elevated) promote glycation. Damage to proteins (such as the bloodvessels and the lipoprotein transporting lipids such as cholesterol, hormones, vitamins and triglycerides). CGM's are a nice tool. I wish they were more affordable. Wore one for 11 days. Average glucose was 5.2mmol/L. Estimated HBA1c was 4.9%. Fiber modulates glucose uptake, but so does protein (always eat protein first) and fat. Mike McKnight ran +100 miles fasted. He has also completed a 250 mile ultra on raw milk only. Only shows how amazing the human body can be, and how little we appearently understands.

      Fiber makes you feel full "faster", they say. The mechanism is believed to be, that the fiber swells due to absorbing liquids. A possible side effect of this is, that when the fiber rich meal is sent to the small intestines, will the stomach shrink, which results in the release of ghrelin, also known as the hunger hormone.

    The very best share of what is possible, when we finally accept to be real honest and true to ourselves congrats. Inspired me to keep going 9 months sober today with no help and no support.

    Comunque permettimi di dissentire..la ZONA 2 (Inigo San Milan) ù sotto LT1 quindi sotto il limite alto della Z2(potenza) o Celeste Garmin Il “verde “ Garmin e comunque come la intendi tu include la Z3! Io medio..ed ù sbagliato!

      Ciao! Allora innanzitutto qua si riferisce alla frequenza cardiaca; In tutta onestĂ , Non so cosa significhi medio. La terminologia che conosco io Ăš: Easy Zone 2 divisa in low aerobic e high aerobic (blu e verde Garmin) Tempo (metĂ  inferiore della zona arancione Garmin) Subthreshold (metĂ  superiore della zona arancione) Threshold (primissimo pezzo a cavallo fra zona arancione e zona rossa) Maximum (zona rossa) Se per medio intendi una intensitĂ  “Tempo”, non Ăš nella zona verde Garmin, ma nella prima metĂ  della zona superiore arancione. Parlando praticamente, Inigo san Milan dice che la soglia della Zone 2 (ovvero del nostro sistema aerobico superiore) Ăš quando non si riesce piĂč a mantenere una conversazione comodamente durante l’esercizio, e questo corrisponde esattamente con il top della zona verde del Garmin, non con quello della zona blu che Ăš molto piĂč basso. Quando si passa dalla zona blu alla zona verde Garmin, non so te, ma per me parlare Ăš facilissimo e non avrei nessun problema a farlo per ore. Sopra alla zona verde invece, sconfinando nella zona arancione, diventa una intensitĂ  “tempo” dove Ăš molto difficile completare frasi complete e mantenere una conversazione. Questa che poi sconfina in “subthreshold” fino ad arrivare poi a superare la “threshold” e diventa la zona rossa Garmin. Qua dice tutto czcams.com/video/-6PDBVRkCKc/video.htmlsi=K87GgtcV1ralq-nR Poi ripeto, non ho idea di cosĂŹ significhi medio, ma se quello che dico Ăš sbagliato
 sarebbero 3 anni che faccio sempre medio invece che zona 2 e non mi sembra il caso

oltre si iniziano ad usare carboidrati e non Ăš piĂč Z2 (ma tu la Consideri Z2)
