amazing teacher , i volunteer at the english monastery he founded with sumedho . Amaravati , its a beautiful place to meditate , stay at for a week or so . ajan chah was a master , his disiple Sumedho still lives there , a master to age 89

රාගි ගිනි දෝසගිනි ආදියෙන් ආරක්ෂා වීමනමි මෙහි අර්ථය .එතකොට විස වලින් ආයුධ වලින් ආරක්ෂා වෙනවා කියන එක තෙරුමිගන්නෙ කොහොමද..හාමුදුරුවන්ට වැරදිලා වාගේ.එහෙත් මෙිවාගේ වැඩිහිටි හාමුදුරුවරුන්ට වැරදි නිවැරැදි කරගන්න අමාරුයි.

සූත්‍ර සංගායනා කරලා ග්‍රන්ථාරූඩ කරලා අරගෙන ආවෙි මහාකාශ්‍යප ආදී රහතුන්වහන්සේලා ,ඒ රහතුන්වහන්සේලා අතිශයෝක්තියෙන්ද ත්‍රිපිටකය සංගායනා කලේ.කුකුත්තා නදිය කරත්ත වලටත් එගොඩව යා හැකි ඉතාහෙමින් ගලන ගඟක් වුනොත් ඔබවහන්සේ වැරදි ධර්මයක් ප්‍රචාරය කරනවා වෙනවා.

I have tried, after waking up i was like aahye my neck, it hurts but i want to do it, i just cannot sleep lying down wasting my time in useless dreams

I am not an expert whatsoever. I understand it is something you can only approximate with words. It is something you have to experience to truly understand. Even the Vedic tradition teaches this. Words and language can only guide you in the direction of what the truth is. The truth cannot be told it can only be experienced. May all seekers find the truth.

It seems these days vipassana adherents seldom teach it in any fashion. They have psychologized practice and infected it with romantic and Advaita notions.

you're an embarrassment to your brothers. listen to yourself, is that how a robed monk should be talking? trying to put down other sects and meditation styles just because you aren't skillful enough to practice them or knowledgeable enough to understand them? if i were you i'd worry less about other sects and concentrate on your own practice because if you were half-way awakened, you wouldn't be speaking ill that way. disgusting.
