I have Bobby McGhee to thank for teaching me the song too - no kidding on the name - but a good, solid friend - we both on a journey in our lives that brought us together - long enough for me to learn to play this on a vintage Yamaha FG-175 - Thanks Bobby...

I was a kid when John Denver passed on to his next journey, but my own children find comfort in his voice and music. He was an angel. A protector and lover of the land. I have nothing but respect for that man.
