My deep condolences to the family. Been a father of three, I can't imagine what is like to go through something like this. There were times that I called my daughters and rarely I don't get a response. But those times that they don't answer the phone nor text me back, and a day goes by, I start worrying. To the young women reading this, please don't even give a man the impression that you're open for conversation. There are men that take kindness the wrong way. If you even give them the slightest impression of attention, even a brief flirt, they can interpret it as you having an attraction for them. When they believe that, they become obsessed, thinking that they just have to keep trying harder. Him sending her $600 is insane. No way a normal person will do that unless asked, and still, I would be very hesitant to hand out that amount of money unless a family member, or a close friend who I know will pay me back. Poor girl. I speak from experience to know that once you attract a psycho you can never let your guard down again. I was stalked and was hospitalized twice because of C-PTSD. Constantly functioning at hyper vigilance wears you down. Moved to another country for 6 years only to find my stalker now lives in my parents street. Ive seen guys like this plenty. it varies, but Guys like this usually have Mommy issues. Mommy issues are rarely talked about because many think a Father is most important. But when the Women in your family dont provide that "nurturing energy" (that u usually get from your Mom, Granny etc) thats when guys instinctively start searching for that energy within the women they date/want to date. All these active shooter incidents continue forever for those involved. My sister was caught up in the Vegas shooting at the concert. The absolute chaos and not knowing what or from where the threat is and dealing with all the completely mindless panic around you just keeps playing endlessly in the minds of all those people. The biggest trigger for her still is people running. Even a jogger, anyone running makes her want to flee in panic. There's been a lot of shootings and now there's a lot of people walking around with one foot in fight-or-flight.

The sad part is everyone blames the cops but I bet the same people don't support them arresting criminals this is part of it. You want to make laws to protect "murderers" and then later blame police for nothing doing something when you can violate a ' murderers" Rights what do you expect. 25 years ago i picked up a mom and her kid in North East New Mexico at 4 in the morning. She had been beat like a punching bad, her head looked like a pumpkin. I was the first car in 4 hours. The son was 16 or 17 and seemed like a good kid. They wanted to go to a hospital which was 45 minutes away. They said to just drop them off at the next town, which they insisted so i did. I called the cops after anyway to make sure they called, and they did. An ambulance was on the way. I think about them all of the time because im sure they went back, and the dad probably didn't go to jail. There was no where to go. I assume he killed her one day or that went on for decades. Middle of f'ing nowhere
