You know my father was put in prison for 15 years for running a con where he'd spray fruit trees for bugs, but he'd use water and food coloring instead of pesticide. I'm talking about small orchards. This was in the 90s. He was convicted a month after I was born. He got paroled when I was 13, but he had a traumatic brain injury from fighting in prison that deteriorated, and he passed when I was 19 a sophomore at Texas Tech. This guy was given probation after probation for violent crimes until a kid wound up dead, my father never committed a violent crime, he came up with a dumb con to make a quick buck for his extremely poor family and prison killed him I got 6 years with him.

The system is so rigged and it’s absolutely heartbreaking. I’m absolutely sorry for you and your family. His love for his family lead him to do what he did. It’s not fair what happened to him, and I at least hope in those 6 years you had with him, you had some good moments to remember him by ❤

I feel for you bro, I’m from the Uk. And have watched enough crime docs and seen how the U.S. Penal System works.
It is crazy. I feel for you and your family because your dad, certainly can’t have been expecting such a harsh punishment , either. Apparently the U.S. take their agriculture very seriously, so if he thought he could make a few extra bucks to feed the family but the actual offence is really frowned upon and your getting 15 years in the pen for that. Sheeesh…
Seriously in the Uk, he might get banned for from working in the industry and suspended sentence or a fine would be the likely outcome.
      I’ve also been to prison.
And we can thank god for small mercies, I think. I listened to a podcast last night about a book called fish. A young kid from the suburbs. Green as they come in prison terms. This guy T.J. Pursell. Is the author, similar background to me. But this guy in the us jail was gaslight by experienced older convicts. Super friendly, plied him with drink, then turned on him and took turns r@ping him and they flipped a coin for who hee belongs to now. White guy from the suburbs in jail in 78, first timer ⏱️ .
This kid was being super naive admittedly. My point being. The prison system in the Uk, is so much more civilised, I was in prison with quite a famous old con in the early 90’s a reasonably well known hard man ex boxer ( lol)
Hands like shovels ( total narcissist) anyway it was said to me. Never to go in the shower when Paul Sykes was in. Coz he would k.o. You and have his way with you. Now I mentioned this story on a CZcams documentary about Paul Sykes ( ironically his dad was a prison officer, too)
This Ex con was giving me pelters saying there’s no such thing as jail bent. If your doing long enough, I bet there is.
Going back to my point. The u.s. is so vast. It’s just so hard to not run like meat packing factories. I mean the transportation from jail to jails sounds like the 7 th circle of hell.
      God bless you and father.
I hope this makes sense, because I haven’t fully edited it yet.

I went to school with Jeremiah, we would sit next together in science class and would hangout a lot at school, I remember one day he moved schools and I never saw him again, next year 8th grade we had some counselors come into the classrooms, explaining our previous classmate had passed away. I still have his account following me on Instagram. I'm 19 now and it's so heartbreaking looking back and seeing what happened to him. He was such a sweet person and had the funniest things to say, he was a good friend and I would love to see where he would be today. Rest in Peace Jeremiah, everyone still thinks about you and misses you more and more everyday.

My son said he wanted to go into law enforcement... I said this...
Unless your plan is to never violate anyone's civil rights and that you never ever do anything illegal or abusive of the powers.. You should never take a job that requires a huge amount of temptation unless you really want to serve and protect... don't.. but if you are serious and what I said is you mission I want you to know that makes me very proud... just know that crooked cops create other crooked cops so if you see that at all do not be a boyscout resign and locate a office that is integrity in words and deed... Because crooked cops are the worst of all since it is rampant and a problem but there is sheriffs and law enforcement who take the public trust serious and my biggest problems is that their is not very serious consequences to crooked cops... if you are not a cop do not got trying to act like one.

It's so sad nobody came to the Jeremiahs rescue from this horrible family. I grew up in a very abusive household. I was finally rescued at 7 after a near death beating. School kept asking me why i can't sit down and things went downhill from there. I was rushed to the hospital and stayed for a week. Then foster care till i was 16. I'm still to this day terrified of my dad. As an adult I've seen him twice, and he acted like he didn't even recognize me. Why can I remember him, but he didn't acknowledge me. Walked right past me. He has a whole new family and new life. Idk now that I'm older I have been so interested in the abuse cases. Some of the videos being back memories I had forgotten about. Sometimes, I feel like I need to talk about it and release these emotions. I guess I'm doing that now. I struggle, but surprisingly I walk around everyday with a big ol smile thanking God for another day.

All while I struggle to survive as my life, my dogs, and my home that my dad left me are being threatened on a constant basis since my landlord (a neighbor offered to help keep my house getting taken for property taxes) forced me to have his violent employee that can't go 24 hours without going through withdrawal if he doesn't have his meth. Not just humiliating and belittling me, actively supports those 2 and constantly we have yelling matches where I'm just standing up for myself and she refuses to even listen to me. Police don't help, they blamed me last time I callled for wasting resources. Of course the landlord and roommate were there so I couldn't explain anything or show video or audio recordings I've had to keep since this all started and he tried to attack me before even entering my house. Seeing Jeremiah’s unanswered texts to his mom was heartbreaking. That poor boy just wanted his mother to love him, he wanted her to care about him, he wanted to not have to doubt it anymore. He worried about her and wanted to know she was ok, and she couldn’t give him any of that. I see my kids every single day, and I can’t imagine ever seeing a text from them and just ignoring it, especially one saying “I love you.” This woman disastrously failed on so many levels, worst of all was the man she kept around. Jeremiah was an especially introspective kid. He knew he was in a bad situation, including his own drug use, and was looking for ways out. He probably could have overcome his beginnings if he had been allowed to live. That's probably another reason why they killed him -- not only was he a threat to the (gag) "alpha," he was showing them up by showing signs of sanity and responsibility.

I think that that was all due to the sister being the one to talk some sense into her. I'm so glad it worked out that way though and I hope that the mom doesn't do a whole ton of time because yes, it is her fault too but not as much as that raging douchebag. He threatened them time and time again and I guess I might be scared as well but when you're sitting in prison, that would be the best time to say something and she could have. Hes going through a phase where he cries whenever I leave, asking me to stay, and I can't.
I would do anything for him. He looks up to me, tells me he loves me and gives me hugs. I would do anything to protect him, and hearing what these people did, fucking breaks my heart and makes me angry.
Give me 5 minutes alone with them. Please.

Like theyll be barely able to walk and run into something and its nothing but your ok, meanwhile if it was a daughter theyd run to em and fawn over em for half an hour. Alot of parents expect the emotionlessness of a man from a boy as soon as he is old enough to cry. THIS story makes me so angry and BOTH his parents are so evil and still he smiled for pictures. Maybe schooling? Sure hope that happens!!! And this Biden administration has enabled criminals to run free with little to no accountability....increasing crime everywhere. I really feel for the girl that came forward wrestling with that horrendous shit she got told in confidence from her friend
like risking being a snitch in PRISON just to do the “right thing” without any benefit to herself like damn that’s brave props to her honestly
Edit: damn she got early release Nevermind. I mean still good for her she gets a snitch pass- the unjustness of the universe really just gets me sometimes.
The texts break my heart like this kid wants a mom so bad like he was born and was denied everything because he was unlucky enough to be born into that family. Seeing your parents become unsafe people you have to avoid after losing all trust and hope that they ever will be there for you or protect you is so terrifying and lonely. And seeing them turn into people who genuinely despise / loathe you is 10 times worse. What Jeremiah went through is *unspeakable*. I can’t imagine the physical and emotional pain he suffered throughout his short life, and the absolute helplessness he must have felt after being slowly tortured by the people that literally brought him into the world - and eventually killed for simply for being alive. Like these kids were literally born into hell. They were completely robbed of any support system, let down by their community, and devastatingly betrayed by their own parents - who are untreated addicts in desperate need of severe help themselves in order to become into human and take care of themselves, let alone others, as they were probably raised in a similar sadistic abusive chaotic environments creating a diseased familial cycle that just continues to spread terror - like so much outside intervention was needed here I feel like the world failed these kids
I got no sleep again God damn im emotional today
Also I agree that all the adults are at fault here but an physically abused person (that’s also struggles with addiction is a person in need of dire help, that is a situation that can be impossible to leave unscathed by oneself - and victims are often completely brainwashed and controlled by their abuser. It doesn’t excuse engaging any crimes, but this woman and all the children are clearly terrified of the father - who is threatening to kill everyone.
When you have fear beaten into you so deep it can be impossible to escape, and delusional thinking kicks in for survival. People have seen loved ones morph into someone unrecognizable when in this situation.
The biggest monster here is the “man” that thinks kicking the shit out of people half his size and strength and sometimes killing them is what makes him a big man. Imagine being a grown man threatened by a 14 year old. Imagine having to hold your entire family hostage by gunpoint in order to prevent them from trying to escape you. What a miserable existence.
Waste garbage human. Trash. Glad he’s dead. I can’t tell if the mom is genuinely evil too or has been brainwashed over the years to make herself more like the man who abused her - which affected her and her kids life.
Edit: nevermind just got to the part where they’re like yeah this woman did this in cold blood and had no remorse. I mean she could have disassociated - but nahhhhh
This is how I watch and comment on videos now. Like my own personal diary. 😊

You shouldn't either judge a book by their cover or personalize a persons telling of an event. Empathy is one of the worst things to have as a judge or leader; it can and will cause you to overlook the obvious and make bad judgement calls. Empathy is only good in proper context. People don't seem to realize that virtue is not blanket actions or thoughts but the proper actions or thoughts for a given situation.
It is also important to understand that seeing people as either victim or perpetrator is almost always a fools interpretation of a human being. For the majority of the time people are both sometimes simultaneously.

The phone call at 1:02:37 told me everything I need to know about her. She was obsessed with that murderer of hers; the second part of that call proves it! She's laughing like a school girl with him, hoping he feels the same about her; hoping he gives af about her, which he most likely didn't. Jeremiah was targeted. He was the child in their family who was highly concentrated on, gangstalked, abused, and taken out of here. They say it's always that one child (usually the middle sibling) who's hated the most, which hurts me to even admit. These two filthball demonic mfs deserved each other, but didn't deserve Jeremiah! The only upside to this story is that he's no longer with them, and the baby boy's also no longer suffering. I do, however, hope the mother and Jordan suffer in prison and, when they finally meet their demise, rot in hell...just like that coward lover of hers. RIP, beautiful Miah! 💔

"The Office of Medical Investigator also found that the boy’s jaw was broken in two places, to the point where a bone poked through Valencia's gums, likely as a result of a 'final beat-down' on November 25, the day the boy died, prosecutors said.
Lacerations consistent with sexual assault were also discovered in the boy's autopsy, and portions of his body 'had possibly been burned.'
'A perfectly healthy 13-year-old boy could barely walk, couldn’t eat and needed a cane,' the District Attorney said, according to the Journal. 'Nuñez was watching his little brother hobbling around on a cane, bleeding on it, and did nothing.'
Evidence of Valencia's blood was found in his room and throughout the family's home, but wasn't 'visible to the naked eye,' prosecutors said. The largest amount of blood was found in the fireplace in Ferguson's bedroom, where Valencia was confined behind a specially-made door."

Every time they release a video they literally make their mark as the best true crime on CZcams-for all the reasons you described- plus their consistency, quality and length of features.

It's an attention grabber for sure, but it's hard to tell which ones you've watched and which ones you haven't. The titles really need changed or at the very least, have some identifying information distinguishing one from another.

May all the innocent victims, especially the children, rest in peace. Humans are truly the one species capable of extreme evil. Makes me sick the things these people did, especially to their own children. 😢

I watch and listen to a lot of true crime and this one… this one has made me understand why people need mental health breaks… the fact there are no parents to grieve and love him…. I just wow
His family, the system, everyone failed him. He was gone so long and no one even bothered to chase it up

RIP Jeremiah. I'm truly sorry for the way you were treated and wish your story could've ended up different.

The detective who assured Tracy that his whole heart was in the investigation was so kind. Such a good soul

Wonder how he felt afterwards, knowing that she was part of it all? Tracy obviously didn't learn anything from him - he had more compassion for her son than she did.

One can only hope that Jeremiah now experiences peace and joy in proportion to the suffering he experienced while alive. Definitely a contender for most harrowing story I've listened to on this channel.
