You forgot one important thing: Targeting the head, which allows you to use ragnarok. This greatly increases the odds of you scoring 100 hits!

I did not know that having more magic and tech boosts was so important. I thought all that mattered was having stopga and hitting him a lot. The high magic and tech boosts help immensely

That 3rd White Mushroom IS NOT in the spot where you have it. I don't know if it's because my game is glitched or something but I have done this 5 times and that 3rd one IS NOT there by that ladder at 2:40. Is there something I should know about?

Target it’s head and use ragnarok with air combos. Can easily get around 70-90 hits if you’re fast enough

Honestly this might be reliant on level, but I found that if you just take the first three out by hand quick enough they won't lock on to you. As long as they are getting repeatedly damaged they won't lock on. If you bash one and it flies away, try to hit it with a long range thunder until it dies. As soon as the third monkey dies, run to the point that's pretty much in the center of the three monkey spawns (a tad bit closer to the pair in the back) and then just start spamming thunder repeatedly. Using this method I'm able to somewhat consistently murder all 30 of them without being spotted. It takes practice but it works.

For those who only get potions. Make sure you have all Tech Boost on, I was only getting potions as well for like an hour until I realized it's tp (tech points) that your trying to grind. Lol bit of duh moment for a lot of people including me 😂

I head right, glide over the other side of the gizmo shop where the ladder is, climb the ladder and glide back over the roof where the roof entrance to the 3rd district is, lock on and wait for them to come in range and thundaga they asses. It takes longer bc sometimes they jump away or stay in one place but eventually they come back and the items gravitate to me including the power stones. For some reason tho after going through a few waves, they end up spotting you somehow so I just dip out to the 3rd district. Rinse and repeat. But I’ll def have to try this method.

NOTE: You can start farming these heartless fairly early on as they can appear in the second district any time. Magic increasing keyblades like Spellbinder can be acquired after getting all 7 basic spells, which should be reasonable to get before Hollow Bastion. I recommend trying to farm them before Hollow Bastion however, as they become notably stronger after you complete your first visit there.

NOTE: The PS4 version of this game fixes Donald & Goofy interfering with the triangle command for abilities like Ragnarok & Ars Arcanum. If you have access to Ragnarok, I strongly recommend using that if you want to increase your hit counter even further.

I am playing through the series again before the Release of KH3 and you can make this even easier. Just equip whatever you have that makes summons stronger. Equip all Cheer Abilities, summon Dumbo once the Giga Shadows Spawn. Dumbo is strong enough to kill all the Gigas Shadows before running our of MP and you cannot be hit while Dumbo is summoned so the Shadows cannot escape and you will always get 2 Fury Stones.

I did this at level 67. I found hiding around the corner in the alley that leads to Third District very helpful so you don't get spotted as easily. I am +Shield/-Sword. No cheer on Sora yet, Lucky Strike on everyone. Diamond Dust, Crystal Crown, Cosmic Arts, and Shiva Belt.

How I can obtain the Cosmic arts?

Whats the point of having mp increasing stuff though? all you'll be casting is aero and stop. I just ether up after casting the 3 stops and use aero and stop. Unless you're using stuff "ars acanum" type abilities having a lot of MP is useless

Oh what a waste. The original way of finishing the crafting shop was better, now it's just tedious boring and pointless.
