The last practice question was not clear. I am a little bit lost. Because the question you just said (To the nearest minute? clock?) Not really clear say when the infusion to be done.? However, it was a great video and thank you I really appreciate your tutorial video.

A nursing interview is the easiest interview to nail lmao I was a CNA for almost 7 years and a RN for 5. Here is what you say: *ill work all the hours you need. ill work any shift I like all shifts im not picky. *I love overtime and when im working at a facility that practices mandated OT im always the first one to say whenever someone calls off. *I want to work at your facility because of the overwhelmingly positive reputation it has. I can use it as an opportunity to become a better nurse so that I can provide better care for my patience. Likewise I feel that you should hire me because of the experience I have and because of what I can bring to the facility and what I have to offer. I plan on being here for the long run and would like to use this facility to further my education in the nursing field. As part of my goals to further my education, if im hired at this facility I will advocate and recommend this facility to the institution that facilitates my educational pursuits. They will ask you very basic and simple questions about common scenarios like: Name a time when you were the only nurse on the unit and Something catastrophic happened how did you handle it. - For questions like this its common sense really lol answer it with common sense. After a few of those questions they will tell you about there facility: About there shifts, there units, about the environment what there looking for and so on. After they get done with all that they will ask if you have any questions. ALWAYS. ALWAYS ask questions because it shows them your interested in the position never say no. Things I always asked were -What are some goals your facility is trying to achieve so that if Im hired I can help with the objectives ? -What is the patient to staff ratio ? When asking questions like this it will keep them talking and you talking and leave them walking away with a great impression of you. Also if you seriously want this position and aren't just going in with a negative attitude like "I just need a job *sigh* dont really wanna be here.* Show that positive energy, show that you genuinely want this position. Smile be bubbly. Give off good vibes. That will go a long way as well!

In Germany as nurses we don’t learn how to ascultate or anything about medications. Can somebody with an actually good training, tell me what the significance of ascultating the heart during some specific med is? Or what nursing thing can we do to get the bp up?
