Hi,Im from Philippines..my problem in my civil documents is the Birth certificate of my brother in law .we downloaded a 2 pages of his Birth certificate.the one page is accepted from NVC but the second pages is rejected.my wife is the main principal to be petition.it almost 1 year but until now we've got no idea for the reason they rejected the 2nd pages.the NVC didn't inform us what is the problem.pls,help us.. because we don't know what to do or act for the pattern they want us to submit .Thanks and God bless.

Hello I'm sort of confused by the civil documents requirements. I lived in the U.S. for over 20 years and deported and now in the Bahamas for the past 6 years. They want documents from the country I'm at now but they're asking for deportation documents that originated from the U.S. They also ask for marriage certificate when I was married in the U.S. So my question is do I still provide this information even though the documents originate from the U.S.? I was arrested as a minor in the U.S. so do I provide criminal court and prison records only for the Bahamas or do I have to provide documents pertaining to my arrest in the U.S.?

I uploaded civil documents for my parents my dads was accepted except for my birth certificate but my moms civil documents were rejected and it’s the same documentation what do I do

My interview was 3 weeks ago and the embassy kept my passport and didn't asked for any documents but yesterday I received my passport with no stamp but also no refusal letter or any email or notification from the embassy. The website also is not updated yet what should I do should I start my reapplication process already or wait till I hear anything from the embassy. Please help

Hello so my interview was on 17 July in Mumbai for k1 immigrate visa so I didn’t took pcc police clearance certificate for interview my interview went well but in the end of interview I got white slip with 221g my visa consulate said your visa is refused due to pcc so I asked her it’s on hold she said your visa is legally is refused and I have read that if your visa consulate said your visa is refused that means your visa will stay refused for administrative processing so I am confused I mean on 221g paper said I have to submit my pcc and passport to be submitted at drop off location which I did but I am confused is my visa is rejected or they will consider it??
