Thank you so much for this information and for doing the work to compile it all together in one place. I did find one thing about Bizee as I was about to sign up. I want to use them as a registered agent, but before it asked me if I want to use them as a registered agent, it asks me if I want to us their address for privacy vs my own. It costs $29 for their business address, but I thought that was the point of the Registered Agent, so I don't have to use my own address. This is for PA (if that helps). Am I mistaken about something?

Should I focus on a business model? I’m planning on a cleaning business with 4 employees. Also what if I’m not business literate when it comes to all the math and jargon involved like crunching numbers to get the highest profit margin. When should I see a CPA? Can they confirm I have all the licenses and permits to get going? Where do I find a good cpa? Can a cpa or a lawyer build me a solid contract and waiver when setting up a new client for my business?
