Worked out great on the first try. Only problem was I didn’t use the usb port on the back of the printer the first time. I was using the one on the front. Thanks. I bought the compatible cartridges in bulk so I really wanted this to work.

My own printer is not like this…. It’s quite different, even my cartridge. And it’s same wf-7610. There is no place to hang d cartridge by d side on mine

I have an EPSON XP-3205 and I powered it down during an update to the Firmware. Not a good idea. Now when I power it up I get the "EPSON DEVICE Recovery Mode Update Firmware" message... ...but my PC tells me I have the latest Firmware ! How do I solve this please ? SOLUTION EPSON have released software in May2024 to resolve this ! Please check it out ! I'm a happy man.

Thank you - Epson support is terrible stating I have faulty ink. I just down graded and restored operation.
Two thumbs up and two questions. First, is there any reason you can't do the download using the correct adapter from a USB-C to Epson cable using a phone? After all USB-C supports high speed transfer. And second, was it raining the day you made this video because it sounds like rain falling on a garage roof in the background? after cleaning the wheels adjust the density in the advanced printer settings to minus 15. That fixes it.

I found the rollback utility on another website, where it seems to be the exact same. Firmware version is the same as yours, to replace the firmware that i had updated by accident. But cyan and black aftermarket cartridges are still not detected. Is there a step i missed? I even tried the update with no cartridges inside, no success either. Would anyone have a clue or a tip?
