Thought experiment: What if an AI that can, as Pinker said, iteratively get smarter, decides to investigate ambition in an iteration of learning and it understands the concept. Do we know for sure it wouldn't decide to hardcode ambition into its code if it has access and thinks it would be an improvement? Could this ambition then make it add other aspects to itself that may corrupt it? I personally think we should be very careful before we let a true AGI have access to its own code, either directly or by proxy.

Eden was amazing and so poised I remember when I was last in Israel- a few years ago- that Israel was preparing to host Eurovision. I believe if you win your country hosts the following year. What surprised me was how any of this hate is tolerated in a competition like this. There should be a zero tolerance. But as we see antisemitism very radically raised its head.

I love Eurovision, but the amount of hatred and filth that was thrown at Israel was disproportionate and unnecessary. I don’t think I’m going to watch it anymore. I’m disgusted by the intolerant fandom. I am Finnish and I was so irritated when Käärijä asked that short video of Eden and him together be taken off the social media. In the Finnish media he had earlier said that he doesn't know enough about the situation between Israel and Palestine to take a stand, but then that bullying mob got him to be so afraid tha he ended up doing that. I liked him before, but really stoped listening to his music after that. I can't stand people who - as we say atleast in Finnish - don't have the backbone!!
