It's true, the majority of the content here is from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this city puts a magical charm on many people visiting it, making them come back over and over, and some to never leave and I'm one of those addicts 😅 But there's also a playlist with the Canarian nature, I hope you'll enjoy it!

@@virtualrunningtvbyjen the nature here can be quite diverse, there are some areas with green hills and ravines, pine forests, rocky mountains and also deserts as well, many of it quite steep for casual running but I'm working on bringing more episodes from the nature 😊

VENTAJA 2: mientras corres el espectador puede conocer al 100% la vida original...distrito de la ciudad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. ¿DESVENTAJAS PARA LA SALUD? ¡Sí, muy grande! Me preocupa porque estás inhalando inhalantes cancerígenos provenientes de autogases. Esto no es una CRÍTICA NEGATIVA, es una preocupación. ¿Qué dices a eso? Quizás vaya a Las Palmas de Gran Canaria este año 2024 y quizás contacte contigo, a ver si podemos correr juntos... si estoy en forma... ¡a ver pero si no! Gracias por tus videos, me inspira donde y en que barrio alquilo un departamento, me ayuda mucho.

You can start from Las Palmas and go up towards Santa Brígida, in this case you only need to get to Teatro in Las Palmas and make your way from there. To go in the same direction that I have, you can take a bus from San Telmo to Tafira Alta and then there's about 1,5 km walking until you reach the same spot I started from. Or you can go all the way to Santa Brígida, it's the same bus and not much further. In any case you should consult a map where hiking trails are marked, there are many phone apps you can use for that.

Bus no. 1 comes to mind, but it's slow since it stops everywhere and this is a very minor bus stop. It might be a little faster to take a direct bus to the airport and change to line 1 or another one to the final destination. Check Google maps for details, it has good time tables for buses on Gran Canaria. Edit: I think line 1 doesn't go through Playa del Ingles so going via airport is probably the best idea.
