Barranco de Azuaje 🏃‍♂️ Virtual Trail Run in Gran Canaria 🇮🇨

A new Virtual Trail Run in the Canarian countryside, this time in Barranco de Azuaje, one of only a few places on Gran Canaria that has running stream of water throughout the whole year! As a result, the place is very green and full of vegetation. Also at times, the terrain makes it a bit difficult to traverse, which, in my opinion, only made it more fun 😁
This is a trail run for a little over an hour. You may have seen a teaser posted earlier ( • Are we out of the wood... ), now you'll see it was a proper running adventure and not at all as bad as that clip tried to make it seem to be 😊
Some of the notable places we'll be passing by:
- 14:10 Balneario de Azuaje
- 16:30 Camino Lomo Blanco
- 44:50 Tree tunnels
- 58:30 El Pagador
- 1:04:30 El Roque
For the safety of the treadmill runners, I will not turn the camera towards the views. If you wish to take a closer look, try looking up some pictures on the internet, or better yet, come visit Gran Canaria in person!
There is no music or voice commentaries in the video, only authentic sounds of the environment and me running, breathing, sometimes clearing my throat or coughing 😁 Feel free to mute and play some music of your choice instead!
