Thank you for protecting unknown citizens every day. I pray that God will protect you and the mission of all firefighters around the world.

According to the national standard the only apparatus that qualifies to be called a "tanker" flies in the air and drops water or retardant. I'm guessing this is a triple combination engine which has water, a pump and hose. I guess what is in the video could also be a "water tender," which people in the east call a "tanker." To eliminate confusion we should all be sticking to the national standard, called the "Incident Command System."

Jesus, this is one reason i dont want to live in a trailer. You just need to prepare to lose everything when theres a fire. I hope they didnt lose anything they cannot replace, and hopefully they get a good insurance payout, what a shame.

Driving that big rig at high speed blowing red lights and stop signs everybody moves out of your way while blowing the horn and getting paid to do it it's a dream job pretty badass driving such a big rig and the spinning light add a different type of badass ❤❤

This is scary! Just comfirms gor me the real danger of mobile homes. They go up fast and hot and will definitely endanger all the other mobile homes around it. As a career firefighter for 33 years and for the past 8 years a district chief I can tell you that a 100 watt siren only project 12 feet if your traveling 55 MPH. ( that’s if your standing outside ) With the newer vehicles becoming more sound deadening people can’t hear you. Studies have shown people will see you before they hear you. The more emergency lights you have, you will more than likely be seen before you are heard. Funny but true story. I was responding to a MVA with injuries and I was pulling out from a side road to a main road sitting there as traffic was passing me by not yielding and I saw a car that looked identical to my wife’s that went right past me. I get home at the end of my shift and she asks me “ hey was that you I pasted ? I didn’t hear your siren until I already pasted you. I saw your lights but thought you were sitting there for some reason”. So we did a little experiment. I was in my district chief Tahoe and my deputy chief was 20 feet in front of me ( in a Tahoe )and we drove down the road at 40 MPH with my 200 watt siren wailing and he couldn’t hear me.
