Make-A-Wish CNFL
United States
Registrace 19. 01. 2009
Since 1980, Make-A-Wish® has given hope, strength, and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. From our humble beginnings, we've evolved into an organization that grants a child's wish in the United States and its territories every 38 minutes.
Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida began in 1986 and has offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee and throughout Central and Northern Florida.
Just like each child, each wish is unique. Make-A-Wish aims to provide strength, hope, transformation, and a sense of community.
Strength - Research shows a wish can give kids the strength to fight against and even overcome a critical illness.
Hope - A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits, and encourages the belief in the impossible.
Transformation - A wish forever transforms the lives of children, their families, and entire communities.
Community - A wish unites neighbors, friends, and entire communities in life-changing experiences.

Super Cooper: A Make-A-Wish Super Hero
Meet Super Cooper, a spirited four year old boy who was diagnosed with leukemia. Despite his battle with this disease, Cooper has always remained upbeat and energetic. He loves all the stuff that a typical 4 year old does like Peppa Pig, the Hulk, and playing with his baby brother.
Cooper’s wish was to become a superhero for the day. He wanted to fight bad guys and save people with super ninja moves-a dream that was inspired by his love of superheroes and a beloved nickname given to him by his nurses “Super Cooper”. It took dedicated efforts from all around Central Florida to make his dream come true.
The first step was securing a location for the end of super hero day and Emily, the Community Development Coordinator thought that Culvers would be just the spot. Being that Culvers is always eager to give back to the community, they were more than happy to serve as the grand finale to Super Cooper’s day.
Then, the Make-A-Wish team needed a place for Super Cooper to practice his ninja moves and to capture the Florida Bandit. The planning took creativity and involvement from a number of people on the Legoland team, the fire department, police department, and even the FBI. They all worked together to make Cooper’s day magical.
Super Cooper’s wish day was a monumental event that not only resonated with Cooper but with everyone involved. Seeing the community come together for his wish was a powerful reminder of the impact a single wish can have for children and families with critical illnesses.
Make-A-Wish extends a heartfelt thank you to Universal for creating Cooper’s costume, Culvers for hosting, Legoland for the award ceremony, and all the Winter Haven and Polk County officials, the FBI, and countless others who made this 7,000th wish possible.
Thank you for taking the time to create this memory for Cooper. Your support brings hope, strength, and joy to children battling critical illnesses.

I persevere and thrive on adversity. My Nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down, I will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my teammates and to accomplish our mission. I am never out of the fight.

The fact that a group of the most lethal and precise men on the planet will drop everything they could be doing to help a child is the reason I have hope for this world
It's what makes them the best of the best, a soldier can follow orders, a man, can love, but warriors do both
Go Seals and Colton.

😀😀😀😀I have special needs and I'm developmentally delayed which means that I learned so rather than the kids and teenagers my age and I have hearing loss in my left ear and I have hearing aids at school but I don't use them which kind of sucks but I'm pretty used to it by now I love this video a lot because even though you struggle with stuff you have the strength to get back up and try again that's what I've been doing this when I was little I had tons of surgeries growing up and I got one I think when I was nine because my hole in my ear was was like bothering me so I had to get a patch in my ear and and a surgery with with my belly because I had like and the Mickey so yeah I've been struggling a lot but I got to learn to stand tall and Stand My Ground instead of letting people I control my life I want to have fun and be myself.😀😀😀😀😳😳😳😳
