I did echidna nm in about the same as thaemine nm 12+ hrs of prog. Joining a reclear is cheating, hardest part is finding other players to clear with.

The problem with Behemoth is that characters getting pushed from 1620 to 1640 will have little to no transcendance, so unless they nerf the shit out of the HP, there is no way you bring alts to Behemoth on release before getting the transcendeez done. Very funny and entertaining podcast though.

I have 1776 spec and this build works just fine if you swap the wealth runes on VTD and SSB, you just need one auto attack after your 3 small gainers but that usually lines up with waiting for BFs cooldown anyways.

Caf has the best laugh

The HP scaling is really bad for Thaemine and Echidna HM. Back in Vykas/Clown days(can't speak for Brel HM since i had quit during that time), you would start out learning the fight and barely meeting the DPS checks but still being able to clear with non-clean run. Then as you mastered the fights, you would start being able to push phases way faster, basically going mech-to-mech. Now in Thaemine HM and Echidna HM, with the same level of mastery of the fight that you previously cleared Vykas/Clown, it's no longer clear. With the level of mastery that you used to be able to push mech-to-mech in Vykas/Clown, now that is where you finally get the clear. It's basically making the clears a long grind for the sake of grind due to the DPS checks being way more unforgiving of mistakes on basic mechs. I used to enjoy that Lost Ark raids weren't a grind like you'd see in FF14 raids for example, but the design is moving toward making fights a LONG grind before you can get consistent clears in them. This is also a terrible design for pugging for obvious reasons.

I reallly want bound gold. Let me do all the raids and content solo (each week) and earn gold to upgrade myself. I quit in 2022 and im millions of gold behind lol... makes it not worth coming back.

As someone who basically pugs everything, the players gatekeeping are so out of touch. The jailing is not all 1 server, and titles mean nothing. Most players are bad, myself included. This tribalism is so toxic. It's why I actually will never rush to hard mode. I won't prejudge everyone, but most of my negative experiences have been with the ilvl of the latest raid. I've had more problems with players not saying a word than speaking another language. Uncooperative players are the problem. I've seen more people dying to greed than not understanding mechs. It's very apparent when someone doesn't know the mechs and some of the top dps dont know how fights works. The gatekeepers are the real rats.

Everything should be a solo raid cause this game design is donkey. I personally like raiding in MMO and always have but this game is something else lol. I want solo raids but it should be on the same level of 4/8 man raid but it should just be solo able, instead of having a complete separate instance for solo. I want it to be hard but do able for solo players. Imo all Abbysal/Legion Raids should be solo and they should just make a separate thing like 10 man raid etc instead which actually players and it actually hard. the way the game is set up is just crazy and if you like it and dont see a problem then you need a therapist lol. I do like the game ofc but there's just too many flaws which can be improved to make the game even better

Biggest difference between Echidna and all the other raids for the most part, is that Echidna clear is about how good your worst person is, where as Thaemine I can floor POV and my party can clear the raid without me. One death in Echidna can already complicate things. Also one thing I have noticed with my static is we have to push DMG super hard on normal to beat her before berzerk. It's not a complaint but I think this raid was built more around juiced KR accounts rather then NA where most aren't high enough for Thaemine Hard.

Im from vairgrys sv, i'm for sure 50%+ knows english. Now im not bothered by this cause, they are gonna mergue NAE sv soons probably, cause more people are leaving the game. Also, we (me and 6 friends that play together) helped some NAE guys that were getting gatekeep from their own ppl to clear raids (from VALTAN to AKKAN). So sad you guys are so toxic - and racist, even with ppl from the same sv.

I don't know if you're aware of not having a 1630 character, but the echidna's DPS check wasn't made for f2p. I'm f2p playing gunslinger which has a very low dps compared to the current meta, and when I went to do Thaemine, I felt like I didn't hit as much at first because I didn't know about the boss, but when I discovered how to do it, you could say that 6 gunslingers like me could finish. At Echidna I spent about 20 hours working hard, and it makes me sick to think that there must be a whale beating for me. I most of the standards and I feel like I learned if there were 9 gunmen like me in the looby she would still go berserk. And for comparison purposes, I have two gems with 10 damage, three cooldowns and a 24 weapon. I've been in loobys where there was a full gunslinger, and she had either less hit than me or very little more.

KR thought it was easier bc they had more gear creep bc they had more time to amass gold through their content drought and invest it. Similar NA characters get there with RMT or exceptional luck.

I will auto deny every single player from vaigrys. It's not about racism, it's about I WANT TO FINISH MY RAID. Every time some vaigrys players fk the things up. Auto deny for me. No vaigrys.

Without solo raids, the people that would play them would not come back. It's not going to hurt PF because many people that will do them are not touching PF anyways. Most likely they go up to voldis and quit until the next solo raid tier.

I gave Vairgrys players a chance but everyone of the lobbies, with the exception of one, that had Vairgrys players were terrible experiences. Players on the floor, extremely rat, and supports that were completely garbage with there uptimes are all things I have seen from Vairgrys. Sorry but when it’s extremely consistent it’s fair to gatekeeping these players. The regional ping is no excuse either because we have a Brazilian in my guild that plays perfectly well.

I'm a player on the Vaigrys server and sometimes I get GK even on my main a 5x3+2, souleater w/ elixir and gems 10, on ALT characters I almost always get GK and as said in the video we often try to join in on our own server lobies to make content, but I believe that the game is no longer sustainable for us, Ping is unstable we need to use programs like Exitlag and Noping, our currency is not valued, i.e. if you like a skin or something in the game you pay an amount of money high for something, the server players themselves are tired of the content and many are stopping playing, I'm almost stopping I believe these are my last weeks on lost ark. With all this here I always wish everyone a good game and a good experience.

Some people have been gatekeeping simply because racism too, even in other streamers' chats they've been called "xdd Vairgrys rats" and you now why, which hasn't been that rare. It's a pre-conception of Vairgrys being "bad" and then mixing it up with some racism.

My exp with vairgrys players that are pugging echidna has been decent/about as good as you’d expect from NA, aside from a notably higher rate of disconnects. It’s not their fault they’re lagging out, but it does make an inconvenience for people who are trying to squeeze all of their raids out in a few days due to a busy schedule.

The game in SA only became good when all the regional servers were merged (including the Start Server), before that it was the same as NAE currently (gk, xenophobia, distrust of whether you are a good or bad player)

Well truth be told, people with static groups are often better then random pug with that in mind im from vaygris and we always talk about how people from Na are so so bad in basic mechanics, don't get me wrong, i mean when we are not all online of course we accept random from any server and yeah we check gear, roster and the same crap as everyone else does, but if i had to make my mind because of those experiences with bad players from NAE i guess i would be stupid as f. Since every gameplay is literally from case to case regarding players and not server . Peace

My experience with them is horrible. The fucks keep leaving guardian raids if its all dps. In actual raids, there will be 1-2 disconnecting every gate. Every gate. The end game players are completely fine, but they just can't keep a stable connection. If you play with them you typically risk 2-3x the time needed to finish something, just due to the nature of it.

SA players are playing NA for ages, it's SA servers are dead since a month after Brel, and a big portion of players have migrated to NA for an year+. But only when there's a tag over someones head you start to notice they are bad? Interesting. I play with 4 other friends in SA and we tend to prefer Vairgrys due to easier communication, but it's really common that we need to get an NA support or sometimes a synergy class and we experience the exact other way around: NA is zdps or 60% brand uptime. I think that the real issue is that the average solo pug player is usually not a good player and in almost all cases where you're doing confirmation bias it's because you chose to complete your party with a player from that server which is most likely a solo pug player.

At the start of the merge i didnt even think about server gatekeep, but as time goes on i turned into one of them, I gave them the chance in my lobbies over and over and over and almost always they trolled like progging or do no dmg, Vairgrys people are so bad they think their problem is their gear, all of them are so RMTED builded full 10s and all stuff and do no dmg, they just have a real skill issue, in my experience around 1/30 vairgyrs players are good players, most of them plays with their feet
