Thank you so much for sharing! Do you have any advice for an ebay noob like me? I just posted a short showing how i sell cams on ebay. Things are slow😂
im looking for these kind of inventions. thanks for this vdo
I have one of these but don’t know which series it is exactly could you help me
Meh… if I could get my hands on a SMC Pentax L 43mm M39 LTM lens, I would probably use it on an M body film camera. Ever since I saw “EuroTrip” the first time back in 2004, I wanted one (thanks to Jamie, a.k.a. “Guidebook” saying “It makes a Nikon look like a disposable”… 😂🤣). If I ever got an M7, I’d probably give the SMC Pentax L 43mm a go (if I can even get one… they’re rare… only around 2,000 were made). And to be fair, I run plenty of different non-Leica lenses on my digital M Typ 240 (my go to digital camera) using adapters… mostly in live view mode, as only the M39 lenses can work with the rangefinder while in use with an adapter. In fact, I have a pretty decent collection (M42 Helios 44M-4 58mm, M42 Industar 50-2 50mm, M39 Industar 22 50mm, M39 Jupiter 8 50mm, M39 Jupiter 9 85mm, Nikon F Fotomat 24mm, etc.). But that’s an entirely different case compared to shooting film. For a film Leica, the only M39 LTM lens I’d ever consider running with an adapter on an M body would be the SMC Pentax L 43mm… and mostly just because of the rarity of the thing (not many people get to shoot on one when only around 2,000 were ever made).
I have a Nikon F2SB and a Nikon FTN with Nikkor lenses (20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 55mm macro, and 85mm) that I acquired while buying, selling and repairing Nikon equipment in one of my businesses; "Dave's Nikon". In addition, I was the owner of "Four Designs Co.", converting 1960's professional Polaroid cameras (110A, 110B) to 3-1/4 X 4-1/4 Polaroid "pack film", I converted more than ten-thousand of these cameras! I have repaired thousands of different 35mm SLR cameras, and on close inspection of these cameras interiors, there was a clear and discernible quality difference of Nikon F and F2 cameras, compared to all other brands. Most other camera brands interiors were left unfinished, no anti-corrosion plating of the brass components, rough edges on components, overall, crude compared to the F and F2. Nikon's F and F2 cameras always worked flawlessly because they were constructed with absolutely the finest quality components throughout! David Riddle
Wanker. Its a classic for the cool not some chipmunk with a chip on his shoulder. 🐊

Just for your info, there a little metal pin when you’re placing it vertically so it holds up and not lay down, hope it helps !

I think I would try this once then decide that I hated it and never use it again
1: 110 film is not a miniature version of 126. It's 16mm in a larger case with pre-exposed frame numbers. 2: The HIT type cameras do not take great photos. They can be made to take decent photos with the addition of more light-blocking. They plastic lenses are sometimes OK, but rarely aligned properly. They were a wartime necessity to allow the photography hobby in Japan to continue. The 17.5mm film was it's own format, but reels can be reloaded with 16mm film, or split 35mm film. 3. Even old videos need to be examined for errors, lest misinformation become "fact".
Outstanding video apart from the mouth noises😂
My Felco pruners date back at least 35 years. They are from before they had Numbers, but they are almost exactly like the current No.2s. They are starting to stick closed occasionally, do I need a new pair, could the alignment be off a fraction, or should I just replace the spring? Opinions? Also where are the new No.2s made? Still in Switzerland, or China?
Como faço para ela funcionar é so comprar os papéis ou precisa carregar algo...?
Why is your 28mm F/3.5 Non AI not converted to take the FG properly? Right there on time frame 4:31 is showing the AI cam at a 3 to 4 stops & a half over??? get the lens converted
but what if they come from the lens?
That’s the most dumb audio demo I’ve ever heard! Some random sounds no one has ever listened to, no vocals, no drums, no piano, no guitar, just some fuzzy noises that can’t give you any reference points.
wow thanks for this video! so concise and helpful! seriously!
why you don't show some pictures?
No no the scraping of the camera I switched off..
That folds happens with every belt.
I shoot a Nikkor 28mm F/2.8 AI on my D780 and I love it. Crystal clear and incredibly versatile for everyday photography. Love it.
I have one from my parents back in the day I’m about to try and see if it still works!
Thanks for the vid. Im looking into this camera 📷
Very nostalgic indeed..I still have some of our family pictures taken from Polaroid camera..
Hello. Great info. I just purchased a replacement russian jupitor 8 50mm F2. Unfortunately it doesnt thread to the canon p. I know canon p is M39 mount and jupitor 8 is L39 mount. Looking to get a ring adaptor. any suggestions? Thanks
It’s a difficult process to get right. If you can afford it I’d have someone manually adjust the lens. Even then it’s not perfect, check 35mmc for good summaries of the process.
the new cams work without the battery 🤓
You realize it made 9 year ago?
you can print it or ask some specialist to cut it in steal. no need to pay so much money for "made in germany" anymore
Hello. Some users note's, that using movie film (like Kodak Vision, or Fujifilm Eterna) in this camera leads to a breakdown of the film transportation mechanism. Do you have a similar experience or what do you think about it?
Not sure if that’s true, the film may be a bit thicker but I remember the spokes on this camera being metal. You’d need to shoot a ton of film to degrade it IMHO.
@@ShawneeUnion Thank you.
I wear a size 8.5 in normal shoes like vans, Nikes, Jordan’s, etc and I have narrow feet. if I were to grab some of these boots would you recommend an 8 ? Idk if these boots run big or true to size
These run big and kinda depends on how many socks you wear or if you’re getting the lined shoes. Could always give them a call and ask, returns are pretty good too.
That's awesome. Although, we had some fun dark room developing parties in college. Good times.
🎉😮😅😂❤😅
polaroid was popular cuz it was best way to send nudes with maximum privacy
The exposure control knob only works when pulled out, otherwise, the mercury battery controls exposure.
Is it possible to use the electric flash?
Yes with a sync cable.
Does any one have an address for this man? I am going to Kyoto soon I will probably end up buying some new knifes
Not sure if you have gone yet but Shigeharu in Kyoto. Address can be found on google
Film camera features self-timer will allow take picture from themself?
Thanks for the references🙏
Do you reckon you can upload the second part by tuesday? Cuz thats when ill be in Paris 😅
The prices on these things have skyrocketed. Glad I have 2
I paid £5 for my 2CR5 battery for my T2, granted they don't stock them with other batteries in general stores but you can find them in a good camera shop or online. Good thing about them they last a loooong time! I read Konica state at least 1000 frames, with 500 including flash and 500 without! So if you don't use the flash, you get way more life from it. I'm currently using the T2, yes it's typical bulky 1980s tech, not very sleak but the shooting experience is very satisfying, not the quietest shutter and auto wind. Build quality is excellent, very sturdy, battery door catch is a weak point, mine doesn't latch with the camera body and leaves a slight gap when the door is screwed down. It still works fine and the battery makes good contact because it has a metal sprung contact. You can find a new battery door online, just something to be aware of. It features an AF zone focus system with LED icons shown through the viewfinder, that give an indication what it is focusing on. The T2 has basically the same lens as the T4 but at a fraction of the cost.😲😳
You have to push in the release button before winding the film
I have a question for you! My 1000 polaroid, old, doesn't work..I found a spring inside, when i opened the camera , at the bottom. A tiny one . Where exactly i have to put it back? This is not its correct place down
Is it hard to say “san-to-ku”? You keep saying “shin-tucky”
I tried 😕
