This is a very nice button and exactly what I am looking for! However, many of the reviews of this product mention that the battery life is really bad. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences to share? How long should I expect the battery to last?

I think they look cheap when unlit due to the materials used and cheap at low to medium brightness because of the inadequate led placement/lens/diffuser combo. But they’re expensive.

Anyone who figures out where you live can use the homekit qr code visible at @2:08 to add the lock. Also if you can use siri to unlock the door, cant someone just shout commands throuh your letterbox?

I just set up a home base 2 with 3 Eufy Cam 2 Pros and they’re all in HomeKit but the battery powered doorbell camera still doesn’t have HomeKit connectivity 3 years later. I assume at this point it’s not coming so I’ll eventually replace the doorbell unless something changes soon.

Any information on the CRI value and Lumens/meter of tunable white of this strip?

Hey greetings, big fan of your videos. I need some assistance. I recently upgraded from a iphone 10x max to a 15 pro max. I updated from cloud. On completion I cannot access my Home. Everything is unavailable except for all homepods saying configuring. This has been so a couple days. I have wiped and reinstall, rebooted, checked all setting, removed and re added homepods, logged out and logged into cloud again. I Dont know what else to try help, any suggestions?

I now have Home Pod and 5 Mini Home Pods and just installed the Eve Plugs yesterday. Wowzer, so damn easy for this 70-something! Next are 3 Nanoleaf E27 bulbs. Thank you for your review, I am SOLD! I do have Question concerning HomeKit Thermostats: Do they support both the (gas) furnace and a Heat Pump? My experience with Amazon Echo was frustrating and costly with the Furnace Technician finding out that it did not support a 2-stage system. Do you have an answer? Cheers, Rob Drewery

Love this camera. It’s the only one that’s 100% secure as it only uses HomeKit and not any Eve or other software. Just that peace of mind makes it worth the price. Plus it’s quite discreet.

Considering the design of their other product, these look cheap (yet they are expensive) and pretty basic. id even say ugly. so safe to say they're not for me

I was recommended this video by Craig at Ikea Edinburgh when I returned to the store having failed to pair a second blind to my existing remote. Wouldn't be surprised if the lack of Thread and Matter - is because of the issues they are having with the Essentials range. Once they have ironed out the issues with those, then they are more likely to look to enable Thread and Matter on other supported product lines.

Another reviewer mentioned that when turned on from a light switch, the panels take over a minute to light up and over two minutes to connect to wifi. Did you also find this to be the case?

Looks awful. Costs a fortune. Poor features, lacking adaptive lighting, thread. Also need to be able to export selective scenes to HomeKit, not all of them. Fiddly installation and cabling for extra panels. Hard no for me.

I feel like when you were showing off colour mode in the performance segment you shouldn't have had your TV's red/pink backlight and wall panel lights on too, as they're overpowering the T1M's RGB light strip, so we can't see the actual brightness of the RGB strip on its own. Obviously I don't expect the RGB to be as bright as proper RGB bulb when lighting up a full room, but when you're showing off it's performance you shouldn't have had other lights on taking away from its demonstration.

Why not thread?! Is there any similar product with thread from another manufacturer ?

It it were more affordable and maybe had a “drop ceiling” adaptation I’d be interested.

Looks a great product but I’m not paying £150 for it. I don’t think it is value for money. Shame.
