My friends and u were literally just talking at this yesterday about how we feel like our before and while on our periods symptoms seem worse the older we have gotten. Cramps have for sure gotten way worse and for the first 3 days before and during my period I feel nauseous and usually will get a headache or migraine in that time as well.

Shan is it possible the retinol you started using is causing “purging” aka clogged pores being unclogged? Shannon I love you. I have a lot of mental trouble as well and I am sure other people already told you, but I recommend to seek a therapist, if you don't already. I know how hard it is to seek help, I only went again yesterday for the first time after about 8 months, but it may be something for you. You can always stop a therapy if it doesn't help, but there is nothing wrong with trying. You don't have to, of course, just trying to help a bit. You don't have to be completely insane to go and get help, I know people who go, because they are overwhelmed with work, or parenting. I have bpd and struggle with it. I hear you say for years now that you have a lot of anxiety and stress and hard times. Maybe it helps and you can let go of some things. You can always switch therapists as well, I have had great and shitty ones. Idk I just thought it may help. Love you. <3

I think for EVs the secondhand market is popping rn. I bought my leaf brand new for 30k 4 years ago and its worth like 9-10k now with no noticeable battery loss. I will say that it is SO CHEAP to run esp if you have solar panels. I can fully charge my car for like £3-£6. A good way to find out is to check what you pay per kwh and x that against the size of the battery. You can average that across the distance you normally do per week.

But instead of the walking pad I reckon a walk outside by the river or something would be great but since you are in Palmy you’re not near the sea but a walk by the beach for me does wonders when I feel down or needing to reset my perspective. It’s crazy, because before you know it you feel so much better. Also, you’ve convinced me to get the DJI osmo pocket 3! I’ve seen a bunch of CZcamsrs getting it lately and it does look really good quality and volume is slightly peaking when you get too close but other than that the audio is fine!
