Busy weeknights call for easy one pot dinners! ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 1 Cup Long Grain White Rice * 2 Cups chicken broth * 1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes * 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts- cut into one inch pieces * 1 15 oz. can black beans-drained and rinsed * 2 Tablespoons taco seasonings * 1 Cup frozen corn kernels * 2 Cups Mexican blend cheese-shredded and divided * 1 tsp. olive oil ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Pre-Heat deep 12 inch skillet (with lid) to medium heat. 2. Add olive oil and cubed chicken pieces. 3. Sprinkle Taco seasoning over chicken and cook until chicken is browned. 4. Remove chicken to bowl or plate. 5. Pour rice, chicken broth and tomatoes into hot skillet. 6. Bring the skillet to a boil. Add back the chicken and pour in the rinsed black beans. 7. Cover and reduce to a simmer 8. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is soft and cooked 9. Remove lid and add in frozen corn and cheese. 10. Replace cover and cook five more minutes until it’s all warm and melted. 11. Plate and serve. Homemade French vanilla bean ice cream is the perfect summer dessert ☀️ ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 2 Cups whole milk * 2 Cups heavy cream * 1 Cup granulated sugar * 1/4 tsp. salt * 1 whole vanilla bean-halved and seeds scraped * 5 large egg yolks * 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. In a 4 quart pot whisk together milk, cream, half of the sugar, salt and the scraped vanilla bean, including the pod. Bring the mixture just barely to a boil whisking constantly. 2. Remove from heat and set aside 3. Next combine the yolks and remaining sugar in a separate medium bowl with an electric mixer on low, until yolks are thick and pale yellow. 4. Add about 1/3 of the milk mixture slowly into the yolks, whisking constantly. Add another 1/3 of the milk mixture and whisk until blended. Add remaining milk mixture into the yolks and mix. 5. Return it all to the pot and set on low heat. 6. With a wooden spoon, stir the pot until it thickens slightly and coats the back of the spoon. Be careful not to boil it this time. The eggs will overcook and clump if they get too hot. 7. The thickening process should take just a few minutes. 8. Pour the custard mixture through a fine mesh strainer (discard the vanilla pod) and bring down to room temperature. Stir in the vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight. 9. Until THOROUGHLY chilled to refrigerator temperature! 10. Follow your ice cream mixer directions and freeze until soft set. Five minutes before the mixer is done churning add in your favorite nuts, berries and candies as desired. 11. Freeze finished ice cream for several hours or until it's hardened to your desired consistency.

Cookies and cream cookies have the best flavor combination 😋 ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 1 Cup unsalted butter (softened) * 1/2 Cup light brown sugar (firmly packed) * 1/2 Cup granulated sugar * 2 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 2 1/4 Cups all purpose flour * 1 tsp. baking soda * 1 tsp. salt * 1 packet instant Oreo cookies and cream pudding * 1/2 Cup Hersheys cookies and cream bars (chopped) * 1/2 Cup Oreo cookies (crushed) ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars together. 3. Add the pudding mix and blend until combined. 4. Beat in eggs and Vanilla. 5. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. 6. Pour into wet ingredients and mix well. 7. Fold in the crushed Orea cookies and the cookies and cream bar pieces. 8. Drop teaspoon sized balls (cookied scoops get the most even sizes) onto your oiled or lined baking sheet. 9. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are lightly browned and set. 10. One of my favorite easy appetizers to throw together before a party ❤️ ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 1 1/2 cups Manzanilla Olives (stuffed with pimento) * 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Pearls * 7 oz Salami Slices * 12 oz package cheese tortellini * 12 oz jar roasted red peppers (cut into small squares) * 2 tsp olive oil * 2 tsp balsamic vinegar * 1 tsp Italian seasonings * 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Cook tortellini on stove according to package instructions. 2. Drain and rinse under cold water 3. Here are some tips. Don't sauce it right away and mixing everything. Let your veggies thaw first. Cook the eggs and put aside like u did. Throw the rice on and add 1 to 2 sticks of butter and add minced garlic and onions Add the egg and mix it Put it all to the side and let the grill get hotter then add your chicken for a nice seating of the sauce into the meat. Bring the rice back in and add soy sauce to taste. Mix it up and then add teriyaki and add a lot of black pepper no salt It should be really good. One of the best summer pasta salads 😋 ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 16 oz. pasta * 2 cups pickles (chopped small) * 1/2 Cup white onion (chopped small) * 1 Cup Colby Jack cheese (cubed small) Dressing: * 1 Cup mayonnaise * 1/2 Cup sour cream * 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped dill * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1.2 tsp. pepper * 1/2 Cup pickle juice ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Boil pasta according to package instructions to reach al dente stage(tender but firm) of doneness 2. Drain and rinse cooked pasta in cold water until pasta is completely cold. 3. In a medium bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. set aside. 4. In a large salad bowl combine the cooked, cold pasta, pickle, onion and cheese cubes. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and stir until every ingredients is completely coated. Chill salad for 2 hours before serving. 6. At serving garnish with fresh dill as desired. 7. Keep refrigerated. I'm still confused on this whole blackstone trend nowadays. Its just a skillet/griddle outside yeah? People keep saying blackstone as if it's a magical bbq.
Well people do tend to get excited over things that they've never experienced/experimented with. It's really not that deep to be confused over lmao. Asking that is like asking why older men get excited over using grills.

Blackstone chicken fried rice is so good!! Also makes delicious leftovers 😋 ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old) * 2 chicken breasts, diced * 2 tablespoons Japanese bbq sauce * 2 tablespoons soy sauce * 2 tablespoons oyster sauce * 1 tablespoon sesame oil * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper * 2 eggs * 1 small onion, diced * 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed * 3 green onions, chopped * 2 cloves garlic, minced * Salt and pepper to taste * Olive oil ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Preheat the Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. 2. In a medium bowl, add diced chicken, Japanese bbq sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until chicken is coated. 3. Cook the Chicken: Drizzle some cooking oil on the griddle. Cook until fully cooked and browned. 4. Cook the Vegetables: Add a bit more oil if needed, then add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the peas and carrots, and diced onion. 5. Cook until they are heated through. 6. Cook the Eggs: Push the vegetables to one side of the griddle and crack the eggs onto the griddle. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked. 7. My muffins turned out fluffy and not dense even after adding another banana. Mixing in the flour at the end I believe makes the difference. I made 2 dozen for my large group of 7 and they were gone before the week was over. I’m making more now ( a month later)

Not sure, bc whip crm may not hold up as well. Could try putting plastic frosting bag in glass as usual, then PAINT a Wilton paste color vertical stripe or two in the empty bag, then add your whip crm and gently pipe.

The best vanilla buttercream recipe ❤️ ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 1 Cup unsalted butter- softened * 4 Cups confectioners sugar * 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract * 4-5 tbsp milk ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Beat butter (softened to room temperature) until it is pale in color (at least 3-5 minutes) 2. Add in powdered sugar in additions, until mixed completely with butter 3. Next, add the vanilla extract and the milk (the milk you will need to add accordingly, start with 4 tbsp and if its still too thick, add another tbsp) #buttercream #vanillabuttercream #frostingrecipes
