so the whole lateral border that you touch is the lat at 3:02 and 9:34 and very visible from the front.. I can kind of understand how the lat ends up at the front of the bicipital groove. But how does the teres muscle get from the posterior axillary fold to the bicipital groove always confuses me. Can you ever do a video showing its course?
Easy
Im confused ....I've been told my whole lift to lift with with you legs. To protect your lower back.??? Proper swing just dont look right..
Legs are certainly important here, as are the hips. Like the video mentions, if you're getting back pain, you're form is off.
great! isn’t the terminal extension exercise you are demonstrating just like a sitting Knee extension exercise?
Excellent explanation. Gracias

Hello! Love your content. Do you do any remote training? I see your online courses but interested in coaching if possible
All of our courses are remote. We also do live webinars every other week. When you say coaching, are your talking about personal training?
Put ball in panty hose or knee socks. I have used 1 or 2 tennis balls in a sock, this way you have more contro over movement into area.
First comment can I pls get pinned I subscribed
I have had a total knee replacement and I am having discomfort at the area of the biceps femoris. I have been doing static stretches such as iliotibial band stretches laying on my back and crossing the leg over the waist and holding. i do get some relief from doing this (and i do yoga) but this is still a problem especially when trying to squat low. The knee in question is 10 months post op. ROM is 0-135. What do you think could help? i would appreciate any input. thank you.
thx teacher, really helpful!!
Nice one, thcmx a lot
What's a TVA?
Thank you so much Sir
Where would be a good place to get help for posterior pelvic tilt in Rochester NY area? I have this problem. Have had back spasms for years. The trauma to my glutes has made me traumatized about bending over and I am definitely bracing.
What is the instrument??
you are awesome
Great explanation! I was really struggling with the plane of movements, and you made it so easy to understand! Thank you :)
It is a very good test but according Nunes et al. (2013) it has Sensitivity of 42% and Specificity of 82%. So, I use it along with squat testing, which according to Cook et. al (2010), reproduction of pain with squat has a Sensitivity and Specificity of 50%.
Que mal video, no se ve nada de cómo es la manipulación 😏
Could you link the static release video? Thanks!
Would this be effective for Costochondritis? Would love to see you do a video that addresses Costo directly.
Thank you so much
Great video
These are some of the most helpful and interesting videos posted on CZcams!
Excellent teacher!
Thank you for this video. I am a manual therapist and have been trying to release my own scalenes and this video has done the trick!! Thank you so much. 🙏😘
Awesome. I want me too🙈 I had work accident and my ankle was twisteed. Issues with cuboid
Wow
i appreciate how you were able to make this so accessible! you used technical terminology but the concepts and logic were so clearly laid out, even i (attendee of one (1) gen anatomy class in college) was able to follow :D thanks for this vid!!
I know this is regarding a different technique, but if you have an answer I'd appreciate it... This is regarding a posterior to anterior technique on the knee, while patient is laying on their back with injured knee bent. PT puts fingers behind the knee, pulling toward themselves while patient bends knee and then straightens again. My curiosity is... I had a knee injury and when my physical therapist does this while I am on my back, it is the only way I can bend my knee deeply without pain. The pain is so intense if I try to do it on my own that I can't. The MRI failed to show why (only showed unrelated pre-existing minor things that never limited or really affected me at all, was active and fully capable). I've become quite disabled after this injury and felt the injury when it occurred. Please, if someone can tell me, are there any other damages that this technique would 'bypass' or allow the bending of other than meniscus tears? If the patella is maltracking due to a ligament tear or something, would this technique also work for that by supporting the knee or something?
I like his videos. And I definitely like the professor's bulge.
Excellent video. The professor shows it well. He has a good bulge.
have you seen the variation where instead of measuring the drop, the outline of the foot is traced with a marker while nonweightbearing and then again while weight-bearing?
God bless you! You are awesome
Niiiice!
I love your anatomy videos, so so helpful and fun to watch.

You do an excellent job breaking down the material, and the visual demonstrations definitely helps learning the muscle actions.
I appreciate that!
Could you please upload videos about how to diagnose different conditions please it’s a highly requested video because students face difficulty in this and it is the core to form exercise program!!!
20 reps of that shit on an unstable surface gave me a chuckle 😅
Would have been nice to see a ROM test before and after the treatment to measure the effect.
Dude boring af delete your channel please.
Man I completely tore my hammy 8 months ago, got back to ⚽️. Did it again in bicep fem. Literally did this for 5 minutes and it feels 10x better. Hallelujah moment as I feel I’ve tried everything, thanks heaps lad
What about the direction of force from your second mcp? Should it be a medial to lataral combimed with A-P from your indifferent hand?
From a technical audio aspect, it would be better if the speaker always wore a remote microphone.
Put a mic on
This video was one of the most informative and thoughtful massage videos I have ever watched on CZcams
Many talk about anatomy but not more practical. But okey
Great videos! Serratus anterior next?
It's coming up!
