I don't think upping the grand prize serves as an incentive. Most of the competitors are not going to win that, and they know it. They not only have to do an incredible job, they also have to be favored by production all the way through. Upping the stipends, getting rid of queens having to eliminate other queens, and letting the queens get more exposure before any eliminations provides an incentive. In order to balance the audience's need for eliminations with the queen's need to show their work, I think it might work well to have several episodes, semifinals (where half the cast gets cut), several episodes, finals (where all but final 2, 3, or 4 get cut), and then the finale where each queen can present a final look.

I totally disagree about "Uninvited". It made me look at the lyrics and it's an amazingly weird and haunting song (please, look it up). Venus gave a raw, tormented performance, and Kiki was poised and regal. Great, underestimated lip sync.

Sorry I’m kinda responding as I’m watching but I get the consolidation of allstars as there are several different formats available now but I think it comes down to timing to book the queens, distance of travel in some instances (down under queens seem to not mind the long distance though) as well as potential right to work laws varying around the world-pay differences so I think there’s trying to help get the international queens more air time with platforms that can mold to their needs because honestly I think drag race USA will end after season 20 or 25 and at maximum s 30 so the push for more international queens to have a moment is WOWs main focus

All this constant drag race is frying people’s domine receptors the reason all stars 2 felt so wow was the time. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing.

They should wait until 3 regular seasons pass before an all-stars.....and then get the best queens back, instead of every queen back.

I do dance a lot and I feel like the reason Meghan Trainor is less-lipsyncable is because to make the song energetic, you need to play with the half-beats and dance a LOT to give the energy of the song - so it ends up costing a LOT of energy to give the song justice. Add heels, tons of clothes and lipsync, I would die on that stage, I would run out of breath instantly. The song is very danceable but it would work more for a dance performance than lipsync due ot the energy needed. (Not saying queens dont have energy, saying I struggle to give it my all and I barefoot, no heels, no fancy clothes, no lipsync)
