How to Choose Side Armor for Plate Carriers
Body armor, tourniquet, chest seals, hemostatic ribbon/gauze, scissors, tape, Viagra, waterproof DSLRKIT nano flash drive with plans to Death Star, rectal escape kit ( _plan d'evasion_ ). Just to name a few of the basics. This guy is an amateur and probably a shill for more than just Spiritus.
Just out of curiosity what sweatshirt is that?
What belt do you like ?
A lot of youtube has become what looks good in a thunbnail. This follows through with realistic suggestions.
I’m a huge advocate of OC spray. I think OC gets a bad rap in the 2A community because it’s often seen as the “better than nothing” tool we give to our loved ones who don’t want to carry a fire arm. However, I’ve been EDCing an OC for years and have deployed it multiple times (all during dog attacks thus far). Also, before anyone’s gets their panties in a bunch, I realize that OC is no match for a firearm in terms of being a defensive tool but it does have a broad range of applications and is often effective. Not to mention, it doesn’t carry any where near the same potential legal consequences to deploy in a self defense scenario. In short, you won’t go to jail for the rest of your life because you hit someone with the hot sauce, even if it was under questionable circumstances.
Also - the wallet. Looks like the one philster used to make - similar material? Like a super wild elastic? Call it the kraken and release it.
Adam carries a Rolex to chat with new people. I carry a pack of lucky strikes to chat with new people. We are not the same (I’m poor and just have a used Garmin Fénix 6x)
We expected one thing and were met with deafening silence… Where in the F was the CANA PROVISIONS WATER DECON KIT
1 I need that jacket!!! 2 snake staff tourniquet, I made a gaffer tape sleev for it too keep the velcro from getting gunked up with lint and such. 3 sog powerpint sometimes. a awesome tiny multitool 4 5-11 skyweight chest rig. Super low vis chest rig I use for hiking and sometimes during winter under a jacket or riding. Can squeeze my 19X into it as well 5 power packs to recharge your devices I've found to be invaluable. I use anker 6 rovyvon Keychain flashlights are super awesome can't say enough good things about them 7 the 5-11 skyweight backpack is super awesome little pack you can keep inside other bags or your car. I use it everyday for my laptop love it Someone please tell me about this jacket.
Gimme that wallet
Surprise grenade
Dug the content…of the edc and of the video. Keep em coming!
That’s not a sawed off shotgun in my pants…
What band is the jacket?
My California EDC is 1. Shield with a 507k/ TLR6 in a Werkz holster 2. Manix 2 LW 3. Armatus carry wallet 4. Nitecore EDC27 light 5. And a CAT Tourniquet 6. Galaxy S23 Ultra
Im cali. not 21 yet. cant buy handgun. get some medical in there. medical is de way.
The $25k pocket dump. 😂
I love the intro piece, fellow time piece people check out @ watches of espionage Watches are essential
Anyone else actually disappointed that Adam doesn't carry a live grenade as part of his EDC? And here I thought Spiritus Systems was cool...
Great video
A weapon light is more important than a red dot
My EDC 1)Casio dive watch 2)Samsung S20 3)Streamlight Microstream 4)Spyderco Tenacious 5)Leather Wallet 6)Glock 17 Gen4 with a DPP and TLR1 in a Trex sidecar. I never leave the house without any of that
If that wallet was RFID I'd be up to buy one.
I'm surprised there wasn't at minimum a little keychain multi tool? They're dead useful sometimes even just to open a beer. 😂
"We wanted to dispel some unnecessary EDC gadget myths" .... First thing is a GD Rolex.
Well I basically carry the same stuff as you. Just not the same gun (I carry my duty gun) and of course not the same watch but in the concept, I carry the same kind of stuff. I’d just add that I carry an IFAK in a fanny pack that I carry accross my chest or back all the time. I had to use it several times off duty. And also, if I have one day to use my service pistol out of work, my country being very chilly with self defense, I’d better show good will and try to give first aid to the guy I just shot no matter how much of a bad guy he was…😅
It's not that hard. Be able to ruck, run, practice land nav over and over, and don't bitch out. Its that simple. Follow directions, keep your mouth shut and head down. You either have it in you, or if not, there's the regular infantry for you.
I came for the 'nade
I’d love a wallet like that
Pocket flex
Timex expedition has been my go to for 15 years. I’ve been through 2 and both have been through countless dives, motorcycle crashes etc. and still to this day work.
Handy list of tools Adam. I switch between a pocket knife and a multitool for the utility blade. Only thing I would add to your set up would be a handkerchief/bandana. Very versatile, medical, face mask, sweat band, emergency TP etc..... I like the minimalist wallet as well. Nate
Fresnel lens is pronounced Frennel :)
I love a Zippo, major cool factor, but you’ve got to maintain them. They dry out over time and you’ve got to refill them even if you’re not using them.
im afriad i wont know how to tie a knot and fail
Everyday with a glock?
Keys and sun glass? I would switch one knife to a multi-tool.
Great video, Adam! Here is what I carry: 1. Sig P365 with a romeo zero 2. Spyderco Paramilitary 2 3. Sharpie 4. Helikon-Tex 5. IFAK - nitrile gloves, chest seals, SWAT-T tourniquet (I have kids), compressed gauze, 14gauge needle 6. Philster Skeleton holster 7. Bic lighter 8. Garmin Delta Applied Ballistics 9. Ridge Wallet 10. Olight Baton 3 Pro 11. Leatherman Juice 12. iPhone 15 Pro Highly recommend an IFAK in the fanny pack.
Looks like you're following the thumbnail with that grenade in your pocket.
TQ ?
My EDC is a blunderbuss and a hand grenade. If you don't edc a grenade, you're doing it wrong.
“Carry a 48 because a big gun is just too much. Now check out the other 37 items I carry that I never use.”
Great video as always! I vote yes on making the wallet!!
surprise pocket grenade
Another phenomenal holster company is T1C they make really great, expensive, but great products. I love the set up, I'm constantly testing my edc. It's always a working progress. I didn't think about a watch that's a good one.
Elastic wallets are great but please don’t be selling that piece of fabric for $20 bucks and get rid of that monster tag on it.
Ridge wallet, watch (Galaxy, one of many automatic divers, or G-Shock), Surefire EDC flashlight, Surefire Delta folding knife, BIC lighter, challenge coin, Rogers Precision custom 1991, M&P Competitor, Glock 17, 45, 19, 26, or Sig 365X.
Most people aren’t hard-core like you are. Give us a rendition of your EDC but with half of the items. Curious to see what that would be
I don't know if this is weird to say or whatever, but I really appreciate you guys and the content you make. The majority of my family was military, and they are all gone now, and I have been trying to find ways to feel connected to them as a kid which has been hard. Your videos have helped me kind of see what they might have done on a day to day with how they thought how they talked how they fought etc. So, I just wanted to say thanks for your guy's awesome content.
