Does this apply even if you bound under a union collective?
Thanks for the great video and good ideas i am receiving as i am heading for mediation only thing i didn't understand is why my lawyer asked me for a paystub for this seasonal job that I have as before i was making 27.61 after termination i am making 21.00 will i get better settlement please 🙏
I’ve been suspended for 1 week now as personal trainer through investigation I don’t want it to go for 6 months how do I go back to work
I've been sending emails to myself because Ive often be getting locked out of my account when I'm off sick or on AL😢
2024 Thank you
I feel like of I tried this, it would just go, "well how about we just fire you now"?
Then they have a wrongful dismissal case.
I'd love to ask you some questions I have. My employer is trying to give me a dismissal for remote working when they changed their flexible working policy with a week notice.
@8.10 "think long and hard really before you starting a tribunal, but if you do start one, good luck" sounds neither encouraging nor uplifting, but instead rather dissuasive and helpless, and that from a profession which is there to assist in such cases. why not instead try to empower employees and support them in their struggles in a system where, while odds may be set against them, there will be opportunities for a party which believes in its cause.
No flow with this guy.
I cannot thank you enough, Alex! You just gave the confidence and strength to carry on fighting!
I am 57 we are waiting on employer to decide if it's agreeable settlement or trail which is better
I was making 27.61 per hour now is 21.00 per hour how much difference will employer pay and how much severance will i get working for 23 years deposition was done
I am 57 can't find a higher pay
Defense lawyer asked me if this new job was contacted it wasn't it's every 2 weeks schedule comes out its seasonal
i love alex and his pitch. so simple and straightforward
Making a claim at labour court
HR is not your friend, even if there’s evidence of wrong doing they will never admit it the best you’ll get is a settlement.
Thank you for the great video resources for those who may or needed help. I appreciate the super useful and clear pointers! I also really like that you are empathic too. If we never need a lawyer, you will be the one. Thank you
As a parent of a child... Its hard

Helped me alot
hi i am in tribunal at the min, i had a statutory demand for £34,000 placed on me in retaliation for the tribunal claim i am suffering from anxiety and depression i am challenging my employment status so have not really been able to get any help i tried to communicate this with the judge but the judge didnt seem that interested when i tried to bring this up at the preliminary hearing so i dont know where i stand the employer wants everything off me but they say they hold no information on me even after a SAR so i am at a loss. there is potential, whistleblowing & discrimination. also employee rights. but as im trying to represent my self it is getting a bit to much.
also breach of contract but it was verbal but it can be shown through habit and practice. also i was sacked when signed off sick left homless i worked there for 4 years there is a lot more to much to talk about.
Stating "without prejudice" today and for the last four decades is the same as the saying "with all due respect" and then saying something disrespectful. It's the same as an apology that starts with 'sorry', followed by... 'but'. "Without Prejudice" at one time may have meant something but today is just an excuse to inflame a situation while hiding behind it. The legal equivalent of dressing nicely and then mouthing F U to the others in court when the judge isn't looking.

very good and useful content in this video
Without prejudice works on legal items too. INCLUDING traffic tickets. Without prejudice, all rights reserved is the actual writing. UCC 1-308 is the confirmation.
My company wants me to sign that i cannot work for 2 years within 10 miles of the business
I won a case with prejudice explain what I do when the other lawyer filed an appeal
Helpful thanks
What of your evidence wasmt expansive enough? What if you dodnt go back far enough?
Thats how all the companies are... the company that tells is promoting well being is the company that messed up my brains. So much hypocrisy in this world.....
I only got 4 days sick days
My employer has given away my primary role whilst im on internal secondment without telling me. What are my rights?
if an employee is at risk and in a pool, if they don't apply for the jobs (employees are invited) in the smaller new team, are they guaranteed termination payments? would not applying, risk forfeiting discretionary additional non statutory payments being offered (e.g. 1 month salary for each year of service) or must the company offer all terminated employees the same packages?
Who can negotiate a higher redundancy Sir?, Only highfliers, that's who! 75 percent of the workforce, meaning the ants in factories, can do nothing, and have to just keep their mouth shut! That's reality Sir!
Work in energy sector - for less than an a year with the company. Non compete, restrictive covenant for 6 months. Will contact your firm to ask for advice.
I started working for them in June 2022. My employment with them has only been 1 year and 3 months. Can I put a tribunal hearing in? Or can I not do anything as I have only been employed by them under two years? I have had to change my manager due to discrimination. I have had to pick up a stronger anti depressant due to the intentional dishonesty conducted by this manager. I did put in a grievance but unfortunately missed the appeal date due a lack of time and resources. I had to pick up overtime due the cost of living rising sooo many times during 2020 and this year 2023.
I work in a warehouse. I put in an appeal for a decision made for my sickness unfortunately the deadline could not be met because I ended up being taken away by an ambulance from work not once but twice due to the stress induced by my work place. How should I approach the situation now as no manager has informed me of a hearing date for this appeal?
Many thanks Sir, this is EXTREMELY helpful
Worst solicitors please dont waste your money and time on them .
brilliant information
Thanks so much!
