Only thing I think I wish it had, unless I missed it, is the ability to charge the rechargeable batteries through usb.... That would just be a cherry on top! As it is, having 2 sets of batteries isn't that bit a deal.

Can someone explain how does redundancy work? I.e. if one of your hard drives fail, how does the NAS have a back up of it? If you have 2 10tb drives in there is there just double back up? And what if both fail? I’m just curious cause this has happened to me

hi, i have the z9. If I press on the screen for another af point. then it goes too fast for video. for example if I have a bride and groom, one of whom is standing one meter behind. When I want to change focus, it's so abrupt fast. Does not look natural when focus pulling, I have not seen a setting that can make this happen gradually.

now if i wanted to bump up to editing 6k what would i add or change to this list for that performance?

I think there are a lot of scenarios where you don’t want the camera shifting focus when the subject leaves the frame. Often true of people if they get obscured by an object temporarily. You don’t want the camera focusing on the background and then have to wait for it to pull back to the person when they reappear. Even more so with animals and especially birds when using long lenses. If the bird flies out of the frame, you don’t want to focus to drift out to infinity and then have to reacquire when the bird come back to its perch. More often than not, I want that setting turned off.

Nikon was starting to fall off. This was a much needed release. Great job nikon 👏🏼

AF is a must for sports, but flagship is also a must for sports. For all other kinds of photography, MF is absolutely fine.

I wish I could map the OK button on my gimbal. It’s annoying when my Z cams lose what they’re tracking and I have to interact with the camera while it’s on the gimbal. And P.S., never use IBIS for handheld on a Z cam, it’s horrible. Turn IBIS off and add a bunch of weight to your rig.

Red is dead(almost)will be trilling to see what granpa Nikon will try to do with it. Ditching canon rf would probably be first they do(thankfuly). Making cinema line of lenses would be second. Probably fixing their crappy AF? I must say that i was surprised that DJI didnt bought them but it kind of makes sense. Is Canon going to buy Arri now or Black magic? Those must cost billions.
