@jlk63 not sure but try it without pushing the brake pedal. My 07 Avalon is push start too and I'd guess it would need to be in the same "position" as the key on my Tacoma would (off-acc-on) mode ad in the video to compare.

@Rgb360-w4t apparently you're not part of any forums or FZ1 Facebook groups. The posts of detonated rotors in the FZ1 is constant. I ran polls in 2 FZ1 FB groups I admin and the results were inconsistent, meaning some rotors blew at 6k, 10k, 20k, 45k, even 60k+. Riding style didn't affect the numbers either, highway touring only or burnouts and wheelies. For peace of mine and the cost risk of replacing an engine vs the $150-200 it costs to replace the rotor, is up to each individual. You know why Yamaha redesigned the rotor in the 2015 FZ1? Cause they knew it was a problem. But I agree, other than the rotor, they're bulletproof. That's why I own an FZ1!!

@blake.24 all "Sport" trims come with a painted to match grill. The 2011 Sport grill is the only one with the single horizontal bar and honeycomb pattern. Mine is a silver 2011 Sport. 😉

No just traction control light and stuck in park unless I bypass with the button by the shifter. Airbag and traction control is on

Nothing has been changed on the vehicle recently? Sounds like a wheel speed sensor isn't working so the PCM is putting it in a limp mode to keep you from driving til you fix the issue. I would honestly disconnect the battery and see if it was a stuck log 1st, then have the wheel speeds sensors checked and lastly it could be the neutral safety switch.

@@ShawnMartinNCBIRDMAN so what I did was try to install a CarPlay radio and didn’t disconnect the battery so some fuses went out my friend changed a couple but we don’t know where the abs fuse is or if it’s blown, he kept saying to reset it with a OBD scanning tool and it would come out of being stuck. What do you think?

@pdxxjjeep good question but I don't know, you'd have to cross reference. I have seen other models using this same method.

No you don’t, it’s way above where the oil sits. Literally just came in from installing the new rotor!

@zosin8970 sorry CZcams hasn't been giving me notification updates for some reason I didn't see your post but @austin_DRVN is right. I did not drain the oil before or in this video the video starts right where I started.

@@Austin_DRVN thanks! No, no new or irregular noises. Could just be the parts being dry before the got oil tossed on em! Or from sitting before the top of the motor got lubed.

@mortomano4202 that's a good question but I'm not for sure Yamaha used the same bulb on the N. You may be able to check your bulb wiring connector to the bulb base Ibshow in my video and see if they match?

@nickstavrakis I hope so too! Took me a few times going around sharper corners not to tense up even after this fixed it!! Lol!!

@chrisavent8012 someone else replied and said this worked for their 4Runner. Even if you asked a dealership to do the VSC reset for you, it would be worth it. Sucks all the suspension work was done. I guess it's all new now but maybe not needed.

@@ShawnMartinNCBIRDMAN I actually just recently acquired the bike it sat for 9 years in a garage unused. The thing is this bike has different shorter gearing than the R1 so they had to retard the ignition from the factoy in 1,2 3rd gears.

@@MotorcycleMayhem595 that's cool! Hopefully the rubber, gaskets and seals didn't go bad! I swapped my front sprocket to a 16T and put in a PCV, it likes to get up and go even more than before!!

@mikeberecochea2020 yes you run the risk of leaving it on and running down the battery. The other option is to run the power for them off an ignition-switched power source so you could still have fogs anytime you want as long as the ignition is turned on, and still not reliant on the headlights being turned on (and not canceled out when high beams are turned on as well). It's a mixed bag just depends on how you want to do it!

@user-pc9it4tq3x there are some people who have dropped them if you can get a little grabber tool and pull it out from the opening it fell through that is best, otherwise you need to remove the exhaust and drop the pan to take it out. A borescope would be a great tool for finding it 1st.

@jamescollins-fi3no the magnets on any upgraded rotor are inside a metal sleeve so that they can't come undone from the epoxy like the original rotors do.
