I hope these installs help you through your project! I've got a couple items to cover that I mentioned in the video, 1 is the programming procedure and 2 is the speed/rpm before and after speedo healed chart. But 1st!!
**One issue that popped up I couldn't tell if it made any difference in programming was the initial startup on the SpeedoDRD healer was red-green when I turned the key and the paperwork said it is supposed to be green-red on 99% of all bikes. To change this setting you hold the white button in for 9 red blinks and then hold it in again and when it turns green let go and that solves that issue. Now it flashes green-red!
1.) To initiate programming start by clearing the healer:
    - Hold the button for 10 red blinks and let go
    - Hold the button and when it turns green let go
*The programmer is now cleared of any programs
    - Hold the button in for 5 red blinks then let go
    - Hold the button and let go on green if your number is positive or let go on red if your number is negative
    * Your number is GPS speed divided by Speedometer speed, then multiply by 100, then subtract 100 and round to 3 decimals if necessary, my number is -14.3%
    - Hold the button for your 1st number in red blinks, let go
    - Hold the button for your 2nd number in red blinks, let go
    - Hold the button for your 3rd number in red blinks, let go
    - Orange light means it's been programmed
    - Hold button for 2 blinks to watch it replay your input
2.) Here are the gear/rpm/mph differences:
    *Original, factory gear/rpm/mph numbers-
    - 1st gear, 3k rpm, 23mph
    - 1st gear, 5k rpm, 35mph

    - 3rd gear, 7k rpm, 74mph
    - 4th gear, 5.5k rpm, 64mph

    *New, recalibrated gear/rpm/mph numbers-
    - 1st gear, 3k rpm, 20mph
    - 1st gear, 5k rpm, 33mph
    - 1st gear, 7k rpm, 45mph
    - 1st gear, 8k rpm, 50mph
    - 2nd gear 6k rpm, 46mph
    - 2nd gear, 7k rpm, 54mph
