I think they didn’t nitpick organize the physical world like we do. In areas of imagination they seem to have defined more than we do today. So I don’t believe they wouldn’t have noticed the difference in colors, it just wasn’t an important distinction to make imo.

Craig, look back at your footage @1:14. You missed a blue heart bead. Its on the left from where you picked up that sea glass.

I would like to say,and ask a few things: Firstly,I recieved a gift,made by Nicole. It is sooo mesmerizing and cryptic! It is a pendant,blue and white,depicting a man,pointing up a staircase! It’s great!I love it!!! Now here’s my question,as I am an amateur mudlark,I won’t be back to the Thames until September of next year. But I noticed something,and it was certainly explained to me,this phenomenon. The veins,based on density. For example,spots that favour lead,or iron or pottery or glass. Do you know what I mean? I only just began to read that shore language,but then,sometimes it’s just random!! My question for you both is,do you hold fast to the density concept,or do you just go scrambling about,heeding the randomness? Whatever the case may be,you got the eye😊

This was very interesting to see the abandoned village. Some questions: during the height of the shield mining, why didn’t they build more houses or bigger houses so people didn’t have to share beds?
