Great demo! What power amp are you using with the Syn2?

Jon, great video. I have a GT-100 working as an interface. I have installed and configured Audacity, and I have followed all the steps. I can record perfectly. My problem is that the guitar sound is only coming out of one monitor and although the volume on the monitor is set to maximum, the final volume output is quite low. The output level, master patch level, and pre-amp simulation volumes are all properly set. I have connected my GT-100 (L/Mono and R) to my monitors (Edifier Mr4) using two cables, with each cable connected directly to the corresponding monitor (L and R). I hope I have provided all the necessary information to help me solve this problem. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance.

MY 500X MAKES A GROUND TYPE HISS WHEN CHUGGING ON HEAVY, SOON AS I PALM MUTE IT SOUNDS LIKE A 'HISS", I BOUGHT HUMX ADAPTER, DID NOTHING, RE DID WIIRNG ON GUITAR... NOTHING, THIS SEEMS TO BE A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH A LOT OF THESE UNITS, ESPICALLY WITH HEADPHONES, ANY HELP / ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT.

I just bought this on eBay, it's used but looks like brand new. Lights are working, buttons all are working. But it's doesn't sound. I tested all my cables, my guitar, my amp and all is alright. I'm using a power supply with 700 mA more than it should be do you think that's the reason its is not realising sound? Help me mate. Thank you

This is my 3rd view. I can confirm that some electronic sync between Guitar, PC 500XEditor and Amp will change the sound from the already set and sent. My Amp disappeared and Mixer level lowered!

Revisiting this hence the late comment. I don't understand why there are so many negative remarks. The looper isn't promoted as a key feature, it's just a nice little add on which gives limited application and a taste of what can be done.eg looping a simple chord accompaniment to learn, practise and/or develop other parts. If you want to be KT Tunstall then it's probably better to buy a dedicated loop station like a Boss RC20 or a Ditto. You'd almost certainly never want to screw around using it live with the pre/post selections and end timings to consider.

This multi effect is a crap! Don't ever buy this. I had mine returned to the dealer because of intermittent sound fluctuation. They tried to fix it by replacing the circuit board. It was fine for a while until the issue starts happening again... What a waste of money...

There is no way to use foot to press VIEW tiny lever to resume BIG NUMBER of Preset? It ia hard to bend down with guitar hanging. Oh, you missed the other part; using HD500X Edit program. It is supposedly practical but turned out to be painful cope with.

Great video congratulations!! I would like to ask you if I should use the simulation of amp from the pedalboard with the physical amp or not. I mean should I use the simulation of the amp and the clean on the physical amps? Should I put only the effects from the pedalboard and use the sound from the physical amp? Or should I use the simulation amp from the pedalboard combined with the physical amp knobs (drive, treble etc) I am really confused help.

Hi Jon, your videos are always very helpful especially with my PODHD500x so thank you so much. My only issue with PODHD500x is I cant use the PODHD software as a plugin/VST like I used to with PODFARM. With that in mind I am close to buying this MOOER GE 300 however the question is, can you use the MOOER software as a plugin/VST in the daw?

Incredible processor. Using about 20 years - great. Very solid, natural drums. Good effects. Tube distortion through and tube amp - amazing sound.
