    Jackie I'm not sure if you read these comments but I wanted to let you know that I am 6 months sober from meth and fentanyl. While in inpatient treatment for 3 months, the girls and I did yoga every morning to this video and it opened me up to meditation and a world I had no idea existed. You saved my life!
