One name I'm going to mention that I was very impressed with watching the spring game was DeAndre Barnes. I see another of talent in him.

Definitely gonna be some growing pains at the beginning of the year due to the amount of young, unproven talent we are gonna have to rely on. That being said, I think 1 or 2 of them are gonna take a decent jump in year 2 and surprise us. The defense will be pretty solid by the halfway point of the season. Idk about a top 10 defense, but even if we're in the top 20, we should be able to string some decent wins together! 💯 I can't wait for the season! GBR! 🏈🎈🌽☠️

That is true. it is close to playing the most positions i have seen. He has the size to do a lot of different positions, lots of options. I didnt see enough of him tackling to make a good assessment. But he doesn't look like a good tackler, i wouldn't worry about it. If he gets coached up a bit and focuses on one position with his size and speed, he will be very hard to get away from. I think he is very good, im not as high on him as you seem to be. As much as his athletic abilities, it looks like he has great instincts. I think once he focuses on one position, he will really improve quickly.

And as a running back is he going to deliver the punishment can you run over people and get four or five more yards or Break It this is when you get great running backs and almond green will say that about him because he looks a lot like almond green he runs like him you give him a hoe and he runs with his speed he wasn't one nose Gale Sayers Emmitt Smith Walter Payton type of runners but can they get them to come to Nebraska where can I get a top-notch dual-threat quarterback the door 3/4 quarterback is the most dangerous quarterback in football college or Pro because the defense has a hard time defending for that they don't know what they're going to do so when he gets the ball and if he moves or whatever they that dual threat quarterback freezes the defense Tommie Frazier was good at that all the time he touched the ball he would freeze the defense and pick them apart you see a dual 3rd quarterback in the championship games every year now in the pros and in college and like Matt Ruth said he's got to live up to it we going to go everywhere for talent and they have to cuz that's where it is it ain't always in the big cities are in those winning States the top town that can be anywhere just like Terence Crawford and Bob Gibson can Bob Boozer and Gale Sayers

The running back looks good but saying he's the best running back Nebraska will have or ever had it is is a joke because that's Lawrence Phillips and the best quarterback you ever had was Tommie Frazier now I don't care who the quarterback is who the running back is if you can match those two you saying something cuz they went to three straight national championships and phrases in the college Hall of Fame and Lawrence Phillips what a won the Heisman trophy if he had enough said a lot of people in the state of Nebraska I said he's the best running back you seen in the decade well we haven't had no running backs in a decade if you really think about it but he looks good but what I really seen a lot of good blocking for him and he was just hitting the holes and using the speed I want to see how he runs in a lot of traffic I still get that type of yardage then you got a running back

Kid's got a lot of potential. Be interesting to see where he ends up when it's all said and done. I personally love when I see that a DB commit has a lot of QB play experience. I think that helps in their development not only understanding defenses but also understanding what offenses are trying to do. And that will definitely take their "instincts" to a whole other level as a DB. Worked out pretty good for a recent Husker favorite of mine named... Cam Taylor-Britt! GBR! 🏈🎈🌽☠️

Nebraska has six scholarship Tight Ends including super recruit, Carter Nelson. Seven if you include H-Back, Janiran Bonner. So why'd you only list two scholarship guys and say there is no depth?

Hypothetically, if we miss on all of these remaining recruits, (and I'm praying we don't! 🙏🏽 ...but it is possible) where do you think that we go from here with this 2025 recruiting class? Do you think they just close that chapter and switch gears to 2026 class? I think it is realistic to assume that there would be a least some fallout with this recruiting cycle due to coach Coop leaving. If they are still able to snag a couple of them despite everything, I would have to call that a win 👍🏽 GBR! 🏈🎈🌽☠️

Michael Terry has a chance to start as a freshman or be first alternate at many positions on offense and defense at Nebraska. Texas and Oregon defensive backfield room is pretty crowded with four and five stars recruits
