I have a class coming up and I’m trying to figure out how to design the labels for the event. Should i provide a basic label and let the customers write their own labels and decorate while their candles cool? I’ll come back with an update after the event.

Thank you so much for this info I’m currently in the testing phase right now and I have the 16oz tin jars I started off with three wicks and definitely noticed that one side of the edge wasn’t melting properly so I’m definitely gonna try 4wicks and see if that’ll balance out which I’m pretty sure it will thank you for this video 🙏🙏

Awesome calculator, thanks! As a professional UX/UI designer I can suggest a few improvements: 1. "$" units next to "Quantity/Ounces" fields are confusing. Looks like these units can be omitted altogether on the right column 2. Having switches between Imperial/Metric USD/EUR would be a great help for international users (like me ;) 3. Consider adding a bigger vertical margin between groups (section label and fields) otherwise it take time to figure out which labels refer to which group. 4. Consider making a font size for a group label a bit bigger than a label of fields. One more variable that is potentially missing from the equation cost of dye. I hope this helps 🙏🏼

Hi Jeff, I am having trouble with my wicks separating from their wick tabs, when I try to pull them taught and secure them in their wick holders. I have tried stripping the wax from the end of the wick with a wire stripper then clamping on the tab myself, using a crimping tool, secured with all of my might, and still they separate! I am making palm candles, for which I preheat the containers, and it is necessary to pour at a high temperature. Do you have any tips which you feel would be helpful? Thank you so very much!

It depends where you put them. Dried flowers and cinnamon should not be placed on top of candles. It should be placed in the very bottom, not on top.

Do you have a video on how to make refillable candles, as I am getting stuck

Facebook as a social media app does not suck. Even the Facebook groups don't suck. What sucks are all the toxic people that are in these different groups that I'm in. I feel their negative energy, anger, disrespect, and so forth. Whenever I leave a comment or express my opinion with respect to others I get attached and laughed at. I have left so many Facebook groups because of this. To be honest I prefer to be part of a group in the real world where you meet and see real people rather than strangers behind a screen. But anyways I liked your video.
