The Canon has better color here. I found my Z6 to be oversaturated and too contrasty out of the box. Using the Neutral profile with the White Balance shifted slightly towards amber largely fixes the issue for out of Camera jpegs or video.

But tell us in what picture mode you shot, is it Log for both?

Is this 4K60P crop mode?

I dont use neither cameras but comparing both camera at dramatically different apertures is no brainer. 1.8 will always be soft and the 2.8 which is closed down will be detailed and crisp. It no rocket science. A balanced comparrison will both at the same settings. Why take so much effort to do a side by side is non relevant?

I have the Sony a7cii and I love it but this is a no contest as far as image.

I love the colors. Natural and it seems there is enough range to color correct if needed.

Wow! Very clean video with punchy colors. I can see the ISO is set to Auto, after the recording what was the ISO during playback..

i prefer the Canon R6 II, at 4:38 canon has more dynamic range and its overall brighter. shadows up alittle too high 60%

Nikon has better dynamic range but canon better feeling

M43 sensors have come a long way, these ISO performances are better than the best full frame dslr's from years back. The m43 future is bright, literally.

Different lenses, different camera settings. The panasonic clearly has a contrasting style because the dynamic range even on my gh6 is better than here in the video. There is clearly a bias towards Sony. I think this video is unworthy.
