Which one is more color and white balance accurate?
if you like deep blue skies, get Nikon
The Canon has better color here. I found my Z6 to be oversaturated and too contrasty out of the box. Using the Neutral profile with the White Balance shifted slightly towards amber largely fixes the issue for out of Camera jpegs or video.
Nikon has always been the king of color.
