when did you go here? and how's the trash situation? last year when we went to the end of Camp Bonita Rd/Bridge to Nowhere trailhead, hike up river for half a mile to the picnic area with the table right beside the rockpool, it was a huge pile of trash there. greatly disappointed. hope this year its better.

This is a microcosm of all of California, the people there find an abundance of natural beauty and ruin it.

We used to go up there for the past 30 years. 30 years ago not too many people knew where to find the spot. Many had heard of it but didn't know exactly where it was at. Thanks to the internet everyone knows🤦‍♂️ But great videos. It brings back memories.

California just ain't the same anymore. Glad i moved away from there...

La raza are going to ruin this place!! I went but i left.. everyone was drinking cerveza and food and making a pile of bags of trash leaving it everywhere it was sad.

Ojalá y todo lo que llevan al rio, se lo regresen a su casa, por que cada verano dejan un basural y por si fuera poco, hacen sus nesecidades en el rio, orines y caca, estando el baño serca, que asco de gente!!! Perdon se que no todos, pero la mayoria lo hace

I grew up in Covina. I left there in 1970, but I remember the San Gabriel mountains were my boyfriend and my refuge from the LA basin. This video makes me want to come back and find these pools. You are a beautiful being. Thank you for sharing.
