- I went to check if there was a super bloom at this place but didn’t find one, I’m still hoping for a late one on the coming weeks. This video was filmed on Friday April 12,2024.
The Carrizo Plain National Monument is still a very beautiful place to visit on the Spring time even if there isn’t a super bloom.

Hi , are the flowers now in full bloom ? Looks like its still green. I was there last year and the flowers are amazing.
Not a full bloom like other years, I drove around all over looking for the best spots. I enter from the South side near Maricopa all along Soda Lake Rd. You’ll find them everywhere. Thank you for writing 🙏
I have always been wanting to go there, but it's a little far. Did you go there right after Mt Pinos or went there on a separate trip? If you have any recommendations for camping I'd like to know.
