It says on the website that this is Apple CarPlay, and android compatible. I was really hoping you would show how it’s compatible with Apple CarPlay. But also, the power plug that goes into the camera, is it a type C or the other, because I would really like to change this plug into my OBD port instead of my 12 V. The camera I have now plugs into the OBD port. It came that way so I’d really not like to hear anyone tell me how it’s not a good idea. I haven’t had any problems with it. Thanks 😊

I changed few bulbs in GC's over the years, and there's really no easy way. I worked on many of them that were started by customers who got half way and got stuck. Most were damaged and customer had to pay to fix the damage on top of the regular charge. I even had a car from one of the "quick lube" shops that cracked the housing. You really need to know a little about cars before attempting to remove the bulb. GC are one of the most difficult cars to get into the bulbs.

I’ve had this problem occasionally happen when I put a light bag of chips on crease of the passenger seat (it’s only 5 oz and doesn’t happen every time). This is the only item that ever causes the issue, so I’m perplexed. When I remove the bag, the chime stops. Do you have any idea why this could be happening?

I’ve had 3 Grand Cherokees. 1998, 2002, and my [current] 2011. They are generally reliable if maintained at least to factory specs, but I follow the more comprehensive heavy dusty maintenance schedule for better coverage. A lot of people seem to be oblivious to maintenance beyond oil changes. Changing all fluids with OEM fluids every 30K - 60K seems to be the key. My 2011 has been very reliable and I’d buy it again, but I’m wanting a WL, which is why I’m here listening to your video. Thank you for your time. I did replace the oil filter housing preventively, but it was a $200 kit and took me a solid afternoon - evening. I used OEM gaskets. Get the Dorman version if you upgrade yours, but use OEM gaskets, torque specs, torque sequences, etc. It does require some special tools for tight spaces.

I'm toying with the idea of mounting a full time back camera to see behind at any given moment. I'll be using the 12v outlet in my rear cargo area, of course, it has to be wireless unit . I need to mount it higher up than a normal backup camera. I'm considering the auto vox 7pro. This would also help when I'm carrying extra gear in an external basket which would block a normally positioned backup camera.

I over filled my reservoir 50% and it don't boil over. If it boils over you have a thermostat that is not opening. At 120k miles coolant O rings leak causing Subarus to slowly lose coolant. A new cars coolant reservoir is filled to the middle of L and H.

The warranty decays over time. So if you are half way through your warranty, then they will give you 50%. After 90% of the warranty period has past, then you will receive 10%. But you should never have warranty, so a mute point.😊

Late to the party but went through two cvts before getting rid of my Subaru ascent. 28k, 58k. Known issue with ascent. Glad I got rid of it.. Paint was thin too but electronics and interior were nice.

166,000 km on my Subaru Forester XT CVT. The car is currently in the garage in limp mode throwing A/T Temp codes. Has been for more than two weeks because of Subaru's parts availability issues. They are telling me I need a new CVT. The extended warranty has expired. I am very disappointed and thinking of switching to Honda.

Have a grand Cherokee with the hemi- kept getting service 4wd system and was told it was very common that likely it needed a new transfer case. Was quoted 4grand for a used one and no guarantee that it wouldn’t have same issue. I took it to a transmission specialist who determined all that was needed was a transmission computer re-program. $1000 and zero issues since.
