I really like that it has a twisting lock feature to keep out dirt and debris. However, the mounting system is much too light for the lock, and continues to get loose/move around. It's mostly made of plastic parts, and I've had to tighten it a few times in the past week or so that I've had it. I'm worried that it's going to break off at some point while I'm riding. I'm considering just scrapping that part, but that would mean having to carry the heavy lock i my backpack and adding more weight. I wish I could have given this more stars, but without the mounting system, it's just another heavy lock that I have to cart around. UPDATE: Increased rating to 5 stars because the seller offered to provide a new lock and mounting system. Really appreciate the attention to customer service!!

I used this video but could not replicate his setup before taking it apart for a long time, eventually after spinning this pieces until it was closer, I made a MW sign, the left piece was the M, the right piece was the W, and using his steps I can disassemble the pieces blindfolded now from any position. So I’m stoked

I got a set of about a dozen wire puzzles a couple of days ago. Most were easily solved, but I kept getting to the point where this one SHOULD have slid apart, but it just jammed. Every time. I watched this, wiggled mine a little (tore my finger open when the puzzle jammed again) wiggled again and 2 separate pieces. Maybe, because it's so new? I'm having the same problem with 2 others (box lists as EASY) they get to the point where logic says they separate, but they just jam. 🤷🏻‍♀️
