The biggest reason I've considered living in China is the food 😂

I once lived in Sydney and then moved to America. I visited Sydney in 05/2024. It is such a wonderful feeling. There are a few familiar restaurants in Chinatown. There are also some new ones. Sydney Chinese food is definitely among the best in the world. LA and New York Chinatown are good. But Sydney is also right there.

Number 3 was definitely the best, but i really do like them all.

Being Mexican and growing up eating fruits with salt, lime, chilli I was estatic to see that fruit cocktail. I am so curious to try it with fish sauce.

Lived in North Western China for more than 4 years, the food is just phenomenal - meaty, spicy, hearty, just sooo good. Oh how I miss Chinese food, there are Chinese places where I live but it’s just not the same. One of the things I miss the most is Jian Bing, when I have the chance to eat it again, I’ll be the happiest person on earth😅
