Michael... How many times have you been hit by a car? Geez. Also... Those bike lanes on Hwy 7 that are for cycling are extremely dangerous. There is too much traffic and too much going on around those dedicated designated bike lanes. Too many intersections in the lanes. I hope you never get hit again. Stay safe.

There is an art to recreational cycling; understanding traffic patterns and avoiding them, not riding eastbound on a sunny morning, etc. you can’t assume to be able to ride safely on every road at any given time. You also shouldn’t ride in large groups during rush hour for example. For cyclist who are commuting, you’re at the mercy of your municipality and the cycling infrastructure in place. If cycling is how you wish to commute, it should be just as important a decision on where you live as your children school. And to our fellow drivers, cyclist are going to piss you off now and then, just as your fellow drivers do now and then. Don’t take action by putting anyone in harm, give them space (maybe the finger) and go on with your day. At least they are living a healthy lifestyle which saves public healthcare dollars. Be kind :)

Why no video of the guys being approached in the parking lot when they were gonna move to the other vehicle? One chase I was watching on Ytuoob,,,,.....the copter turned off the bright lights just as the cops were gonna "handle" the suspects....do the police wanting to prevent the video from existing in case an officer does something wrong??? It could help them if they are forced to take action....Or is it just censored from release for some reason, no sense because they show us everything else....
