But this is slightly personal.listening to your breathing do you find yourself (well)your partner would know if you stop breathing while asleep I've done loads of crappy jobs before proper protection was used for welding and grinding. Got myself PAP mask for when I sleep.the difference in energy was amazing.hope this might be usefull
