I am lost for words of how to describe this your latest project Baz, from start to finish its all been a work of excellent quality, from start to finish too your lads and the transport company have excelled with their team working too. Baz, that is one finished build you have really stamped your "WELDERFABBER name alongside the name of, Work of Excellence".
One of the best things in your channel is showing the real connection between someone's work and others' needs. You build something purposeful, so your clients or their employees have easier, safer more comfortable work. Nowadays many people forget that we work not only to improve our lives, but also improve lives of other people.
Phenomenal quality work with that ramp. Highlights include that amazing Millers heavy lift trailer. Incredible versatility! Plus great drivers and crew.
Don't think I've ever seen such quality & attention to detail in a team like yours and it all comes from the leader, well done guys should be very proud of your work

Hi Baz. Another good video on the tube.
My only comment around the wash ramp is that, I would have a triangle of squire tube, not just one at the end. Backing a trailer to the end without a banksman could be well dodgy with just one SHS tube.
If you want to move the sections around, put skates with a modified top pivot with matching plates to the leg plates. They can be fixed under the legs once it is built and pushed around by the FLT.

The ramp was a thing of structural beauty, but that Millers recovery operation was a work of art. That trailer might not surprise everyone, but to someone not in the recovery game, i was genuinely blown away. Lovely job all round.

Another great watch big man. Fair to say you don't hang around. Some effort 👌 I can tell when someone's a grafter when there up at 4am for work. I get told I am mad for doing that , but keeps me sane.

If you are building racking for steel.
Then to save space I seriously recommend roll out cantilever racking.
Take more to build but you save so much space and its all nice tidy.

I think maybe a design of your wash ramps is once the truck and trailer is on the ramp the ramp hydraulicly lifts the ramp up level for the trailer you make unbelievable strong gear mate top notch work ,no body is touching ur designs in quality and design great videos ❤

The back doors on agricultural trailers have used that same design for 30 odd years or so bazz

Your dead right bazz to charge upfront for steel and rest before it leaves yard and if people don't like it go somewhere else people out there think think they can get work done for nothing

Nice Job, I think you could have saved money if the ramp up had been concrete. It could if all been concrete but that ent good for you as your metal fabricators and not builders who would have had all that shutter and concreted. Top Job 👌. Keep them coming 👍
