Shelby Sherritt Art is an Australian ceramicist who takes inspiration from the bushland surrounds which she calls home.
Located in regional Victoria, Shelby's ceramics are inspired by flowering gum trees, golden wattle and frolicking wildlife.
Shelby creates unique, functional and whimsical pieces for the home and to wear. Shelby uses a variety of traditional hand building and wheel throwing techniques to create the one of a kind pieces of work.
Shelby has always been a creative at heart and only began exploring ceramics after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2016. The therapeutic movement of the clay led her to use it as a healing tool to recover from her treatments. Ever since then, she has fallen in love with the craft.

How do you finish the plant waterers? Just like by not glazing the cone part? Is terra cotta cast the same way as ceramic?
The hand is a Balloon holder. You tie the ribbon through the fist,there should be an opening.
