Nice to have both 8x and 10x I own 8x42 10x36 10x50 12x50 and 7x50wide. 8x42 my favorite for wildlife birding.12x50 harder to hold steady but great long distance views with tripod or 15x70 for astronomy

Hi, thank you for the great review. On your page you list the 14x50 with the same dimensions as the 16x42. But the kite website states 250mmx150mm for the 50s. Can you confirm that the 50s have the same size as the 42s? And another question. How effective is the IS on the 18x50 compared to the 14x50. I would assume noticeable more shaking on the 18x50.

Is it worth to have both? 8x42 NL Pure AND 10x42? or not so much difference? I have already 8x, but curious to 10x But i will use 8x the most

I recently went to see about buying some binoculars because I’m visiting the national parks. I totally expected to see prices range from $20-$100 or so. I had no clue about the world of binoculars! I saw pairs for $1,000 ,$1,500, $2,500, and even as high as $4,000. I never KNEW they could be that pricey. Naturally, I came to CZcams to learn why. Thanks for your informative video. A 10x42 its enough for observing wildlife at 500-1000m away? I ordered one from Pentax. I can returned it if its not good. I also want to use it for birds in the forest. Or should I go for 10x50 one? Thanks!

I am very curious at the 10 x model: it can be very addicting for searching for detail ( i think) the biggest downside ( I think ) is the smaller fielt of view, but I can life with that. But I would go for the 10x !

Great to see you back on screen, with another great video! I have a suggestion to make for the use with a spotting scope. If you mount it the other way round, with the phone on the right side, it should turn the eyepiece in (not out) and hold better. Might not be the best for the eyepiece in the long-term, but should solve this twisting problem, or am I missing a point in my guessing here. I owe 2 pairs, 10*50 and 8*42 , I only use 8x42 as it has a wider viewing area for me. 8x42 is much better so I'm selling my 10x50

Hi Jason, how do you think this 14x50 Kite would compare to the Fujinon TSX1440? They are for marine use. I like the 6 degrees stabilisation on the Fujinons, and they have just been heavily discounted with extra $150 online cashback, but they seem a bit heavy for continued use on a rocky boat? Cheers

I don't understand why I can only adjust to see out of one eye. I can close one eye and adjust to see image but opening the other it is blurry.

Hi Jason just got my kite 16X42 APC binoculars from Stealth birding ..my question is ,while watching your vid showing the back of the binoculars top middle your bins has Japan then numbers ,yet mine has just numbers..watched more vids the same Japan then numbers..so I was wondering is there a reason for this ?
