Love the Evercade, it has introduced me to so many great games! Not very interested in the Alphas, I wish there was a way to try them hands on. The 2 upcoming arcade carts look fun and I ordered an Atari superpocket, hard to go wrong with 50 games. Have a good one!

The amount of quality stuff that Evercade have been coming up with have been awesome and that doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon. What are you're feelings with what Evercade have currently announced this year and are you temped by any of these?

I really hope someone can help me with this issue. It may sound silly but the fake coin door when placed between the cab panels will not line up to close the cab on both sides. I have gently struggled with this for a few hours now with no success. The manual does not tell you anything.

I love arcades of all sizes but I just can't bring myself to that price point for a few reasons..the MAIN one is, I will never allow myself to get sucked into proprietary hardware. IiRcade... A1U pcbs that are no longer available for some cabs, whatever.. thus you end up modding it with a pi or mini pc anyways. Don't get me wrong these are great but I can just build a cab and do it myself, like I have been since 1999 lol! Enjoy buddy can't wait to see your videos on it when they ship! 😀👍

I want to like the Iconic Arcade more than I do, there just doesn't seem to be an awful lot of information about it and ones who have put videos up say you are very much left to your own devices for the most part. What do you guys think of this new(ish) entry into the Home Arcade space?

Steam Deck not only is backed by Valve/Steam, it is backed heavily by the community. We're at the point where Linux ease of use is at Windows level. Windows on handheld are experiencing what it was like for Linux users 2 decades ago trying to get things to work lol

Took the plunge and picked up a Steam Deck and I am really glad I did. Yes it allows me to play my Steam games but Arcade games as well in the forms of the Atari Recharged series and older games with the aid of EmuDeck. Its integration with the Steam Library makes the whole experience for older Arcade and Console games so seamless. What are you're thoughts on EmuDeck and the Steam Deck as a whole? Let me know

There's a guy here in Southern California, selling his Star Wars pinball for only $100 because it won't power on at all. I'm glad I came across your video and all the comments stating that the PCB is not currently available from Arcade1up! 😬

If would be cool if you could invert the input.. so you press the button on the gun to duck down and standing is the default position with no button press.

I have been waiting for a pcb for six months now what a joke arcade 1 up sucks don’t buy one.

I get this noise hum on all of my A1up cabs and installed that ground loop noise filter on all of my cabs. Works like a charm. It’s because the audio output is being amplified from the PCB and not an external amplifier. If you are using an external amplifier such as the Logitech Z313 it will amplify the noise hum even more but the ground loop filter will strip out the ground noise. I highly recommend using an external amp.

Hi mate, hope you are doing well. I picked up the Star Wars cab about a month ago when it went to £487 at Amazon and loving it. Just so cool using the flight yoke. Now it’s funny you just did this video. I had a really annoying hiss on my Pac-Man head to head, and put a ground loop on it, and the hiss mostly went but the sound comes out at about 50%. So I just have it at max, and can live with that. But I may try taking it off again as you did 😂. It may also have something to do with how close the speaker wire is to the power wire. On new cabs now I tape them well apart. I also have the static noise on the Marvel pinball and like you say it’s annoying once you know it’s there. May have to try what you did and see if it will go.

Well it seems it works for some but maybe not others. Any other tips and tricks people have picked up with working on these machines?

Have you had any issues with you pi running sluggish when the recoil is on? I think the sinden uses a lot of power from the pi and is causing issues. What pi power supply do you recommend? I don’t think my pi is getting enough power when I use the sinden with recoil. When I play T2, it slows down when I use recoil

Do you have a video how to configure the light gun to a game? You mentioned 1 work with no issues but the rest needed configuration. Maybe its simple but im just starting out using batocera. Thank for any help or pointers.

No , I bought the hd one about 3 months ago .I am happy with it and use the OTG function .The trouble is that with living in the UK liberty games probably wont give a discount. As they don’t now with the HD.

If I hadn't had the MVC2 Cab, I definitely would have gotten this. The art work doesn't bother me. I love my MVC2 Cab. Only thing I dislike most about it is that the control panel is tilted, which hurts my arms while playing it. There's other issues with it as well, but I still love it. If you bought the physical copy of the Sega Saturn & Dreamcast version of each of the Marvel Fighting Games, it would have cost you about $600+ if you wanted all of them.

MvC2 has been milked to death 😅

Maybe I missed something, but the 8BitDo controller uses bluetooth, while the Game Stick Lite uses 2.4G Wireless, so they are not compatible devises. The Game Stick Lite is great.

Arcade1up customer support wasn't interested when I contacted them about the same issue as this with my Marvel Pinball, just said it was out of warranty so tough luck, have to wait until they start selling spares parts in the future if I want to buy one to get it working again, don't think I should be paying for a common know fault with their product. My only option is just to mod it, can't be that difficult, I will give it go. 🛠️🤔

I'll be honest, I expected more from Arcade 1ups first announcement of the year. Wanted some thing new, some new licence. What are your thoughts on this leak? Is Arcade 1up on auto pilot?

I still think it will look great in my game room as a display piece with all the sounds and lights. People spend this much on scale statues and arcade signs. Wish it was playable but not a deal breaker for me. Great video!
