basic contruction ALL underground cabin need be blumping tube keep dry cabin under floor tube need be go out lower ground point if water go in cabin water go out to cabin sametime and keep cabin dry. basic all men know this, why not build any good.

I guess this is why people build their cabins 3 to 4 feet above ground. I always wondered how the cabin would be safe from flooding. Is there a way of water proofing your underground cabin?
Maybe you can build out a second over hang that come out may 6 to 8 ft where the snow will not melt an go into the ground. Make it go around all sides.
