- Hello everyone, friends!
We are happy to inform everyone that the third wall is ready! Almost ...
This year the forest gave us a lot of good and delicious mushrooms, we made potatoes with mushrooms from them, because the mushrooms were fresh, everything was cooked in a matter of minutes and it was very tasty!
Right now we have released a new video, and at this time we have already started making the material for the roof. Now we try to go out more often in order to have time to do more before the cold weather, so we spend a lot of time in the woods and release fewer videos. In general, we will start closing the roof very soon, it will be another sight))

It is so impressive how the two of you work together perfectly, both focused on the project and anticipating each other’s movements. The cabin looks awesome and I believe it will be spectacular when you have it finished. Take care and be safe.
Being that it’s halfway under ground, is the dugout going to be predominantly warmer and take less wood to heat than your log cabin? I reckon it would depend on how cold the ground got there? Build is coming along nicely, I especially like the way your doing the walls, taking care of the inside look and the outside look with one log!!!
Those are some nice mushrooms. The cabin is looking fine . Can’t wait for the finished product.
As always I enjoy seeing people lead positive and wholesome lives. I also admire Hugo's ability to sleep at any time or in any place. That he can do so while you're working with a loud chainsaw a few feet away is impressive. I look forward to seeing the end result of your new cabin. Take care, be well, and thank you once again.
It is so nice watching your organizational, routine, for cutting the wood. Additionally, I get hungry every time you make your food! Always looks so good. And Hugo going into the tent alone was sweet too. Thanks for taking us along on your journey.

I love your style and carfulness. Its gonna be one of the best Builds of any Dugout. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love how you have cut the timber for the inside cabin look, this is going to be a beautiful looking home, well done guys 🌲🏕😊❤
Oh wow! I can't wait until the next phase of the Cabin. I love your woodwork with the chainsaws. Where did you learn all that woodwork from? I live in the forest of West Virgina of the USA. We have some beautiful Log Cabins. People don't use nails for them though. They use things like Dove Tail cut to join them together. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to watch you build this Log Cabin. Give Hugo a big hug for me. Love from the USA.
Hello 😊 it's so lovely to see you cooking and taking time out from your hard work to make nourishing interesting earthy meals... The forrest looks so beautiful 🙌🪓🪵🙏
You found a WONDERFUL IMAGE of a blue sky filled with lovely clouds. Such times do not happen often!😊🤩
you guys are incredible woodworkers! I really enjoy what you do. Keep up and God Bless!
Everything looking very precise and attractive. Hugo❤
Your sturdy and fairly well-insulated structure should keep the bears out and the winds at bay. Let wolves howl in your woods: you and your family would be safe.
Very good job, Kids. From Rosario, Argentina
Ngôi nhà này mùa đông sẽ rất là ấm áp. Tuyệt vời 🎉

Wow! It is coming out beautifully. 👍
It's getting closer to Winter. I'm sure you both will have it done by the time you start getting heavy snow. Can't wait to see it when it's finished.😊👍🏻

Strong hard men - such work. Shaping up great.
What will. you use this underground house for?
Beautiful shots of the sky.
You really must know all about your mushrooms. I think I would have poisoned myself as I don’t know anything about them. I had better start learning.
When does the weather begin to get cold with you?
I just love watching you create this beautiful home - I just love what you both do. Thanks for sharing.
You two guys really impress me! It’s beautiful!
Awesome progress on the Dugout!! So my question is why build that when you already have the cabin you built?

Hi, what kind of wadding did you use to join the boards (20:58)?
Hey Guys… great Job building this dugout.
Please, could you tell me what type of thermal insulation are they putting between each log?
Is this going to replace your other cabin or in addition to it? Thanks
👌👍👍

Hugo is saying why are you drinking and I am not?
I would love to see a much larger dugout like this made with a few more advanced woodworking tools. For example a ver small but real sawmill where the logs can be cut much faster and with real precision. In addition, I am wondering why only a single layer of waterproof tarp is used, a double layer would not be that much more difficult but would allow you to claim that it will last decades instead of just a few seasons. Also why not use the trees to arrange a mo0ver where the logs could be shifted from their milling site to the build site? I love this video series and I feel inspired to buy a piece of wooded property and construct my own home using a dugout style construction. I haven't figured out how to provide running water and piping along with a flush toilet, but while that seems like a ridiculous luxury ity shouldn't be that difficult to make using the primitive materials you have available. I have seen videos where people make clay pots using a homemade kiln, you could easily make pipe with the same technique.
I know it may seem like I am missing the point, which is to construct the entire thing using only primitive tools, but just because you limit yourself to primitive, that doesn't mean you can't do amazing things with them. Even more amazing than making planks for construction.
Interesting thoughts you have) we will not be able to bring a sawmill there, because there is no passage there, we tried our best to drive on equipment, there is a dense forest around, but I am sure that we will come up with something and, as you said, we will be able to import a sawmill and cut high-quality material
If I understood everything correctly and my translator translated everything correctly, and as for water, if there is electricity, find water and dig your own well
Subtitles are in Japanese. I switched to Irish because English isn't available. Now I can't understand in 3 languages.
Looks like the mosquito season is over in the forest...
Difficult to accurately determine distance, however - shouldn't there be concerns about the several dead trees so close to your build? A storm or strong winds could bring them down and endanger you.
90% of your videos is you guys cooking an eating. Show more of your work
fellas.. I watch for the building... if I wanted a cooking show I would put on Gordan Ramsey....I do enjoy your content but fast forwarding 14 minutes or more is a bit much.... sorry just anxious to see this one built... looks like a good start.
Okey…
😊😊😊
