Actually, a lot of the disguise cards that came out in MaKM aren't that great for Kadena. Most of the good ones were in boros colors, HOWEVER Panoptic Projector is absolutely a huge bew card that works well for her. I don't run anthems in my list, I went the more sneaky bad gifts/player removal combos in mine. Facedown cards dodge nasty EBT's, so I have Archfiend of the Dross to swap to someone with 0 oil counters on the flip. Or I have Phage with multiple ways of giving my morphs unblockable. Or Tree of Perdition with Triskaidekaphobia/Krosan Cloudscraper. It's a fun list and dodges the saminess that a lot of Kadena decks tend to have

I have an obeka deck, without her my deck is useless, i practically have to play in a way that is super safe to play her so i must have hexproof equipment on the board an possibly some haste one and at least two counter in my hand and the mana to play them or she will not remain on the board for my next turn.

I wanted to make a myrkul deck, and you "critizing" him made me go for it, and my god with enough ramp and playing around enchantment it's one hell of a deck

I love these kinds of videos so I made it through the whole whole thing. This was superb! You were a treat to listen to and I loved almost all of your opinions and rankings throughout. My first built from scratch deck was Bruna, Light of Alabaster aura voltron in 2018 with cards I found and bought from a used bookstore for dirt cheap. Ever since that deck, I've always wanted to try out an azorius enchantments deck. One that wasn't just about auras and could allow me to play Sagas (which were first seen in 2018 too). I'm feeling like that deck concept I've been itching to make for so many years finally got its commander with Genku, Future Shaper. It's a strange choice initially, but here's my rationale: 1) Genku triggers off sacrificed Sagas (and thankfully fetchlands) 2) enchantment synergies in white tend to payoff with creature tokens 3)Artistically matches the vibe of a Sagas and Enchanted Evening theme Just felt like sharing that, I guess. I look forward to more of your content, dude!

I fucking laughed out loud with the Nadu rating, great vid, I was surprised at the Syr Konrad rating tho, but at the same time I kinda understand interested in knowing, what do you think about Yoshimaru? It's one of my pet commander cards and I love how you can have 3-4 decks for Yoshimaru but all of them have different partners, and all of them have completely different gameplay every time, it's incredibly fun. And also Norin, incredibly chaotic, and I think you might be interested or even curious in it if you haven't seen him before, also both can be surprisingly powerful

100 decks? Me struggling the last 10 years to make a deck of every colour combination... I am half way there but than WOTC releases some new legendaries and I am like ''Oh that would be a cooler commander in that colour combination'' ;P LOL

I have never heard of "dies to removal" being used in a context outside of a kind of joking response to 'man this card is so good/busted/etc.,' so it's interesting to hear it being used in the context you bring up at the start of the video

16:01 Osgir is S+ tier, I dropped artifact creatures years ago for Mill, mesmeric orbs and altars of the brood plus graveyard hate and eggs. Fun stuff

I had to learn this with my Howling Abomination deck. Every time i played home without being able to have a blowout turn, im usually targeted down because of how ridiculous he can get. Now, i put redundancy in the main deck, and it's a lot smoother. Ive been applying this to all my other decks and its helped a lot

So I’m newish to your videos, maybe a few months. I can say I love the depth you go through with them and the time you take explaining everything. I’ve been playing competitive/casual magic since ‘01, and edh since released in ‘11. So maybe some feedback for you, because I don’t see many creators doing it, BUT going back to previous builds when you do updates, what worked, what was cut and so forth is nice. I have over 30 edh decks and brewing 8 more and I find myself CONSTANTLY going back and tweaking them. Your loyal followers would probably appreciate if you shared your changes and thoughts too. Also idk about anyone else but I would hardly call $100-$150 a budget list on a CASUAL edh level. I have decks ranging from $15-$2000 and I can say for my pod I play with they wouldn’t consider $150 a budget deck. Not that any of us can’t afford $150 but when your average precon is $50-$75 and you dump another $50 into that’s about where I would say MOST CASUAL players draw the line. To put it into perspective I built 12/13 decks in the last year totaling just under a grand. Just food for thought. Love the video though. 👍🫶
