@@THETATTOOGARDENER83 Thank you, I am doing well. I picked up another yard to do this past week. My schedule is full to the brim for the remainder of 2024. I still have my Friday, Saturday and Sundays open for me and family time, and a couple more blocks of weeks not scheduled just in case something fun or vacation at home is needed.

I am very slow at editing still using the osmo laptop and hard drive backing up files, Its a really slow way of making videos. 🙄 We are all well, Results day for Molly , got the day off today , back in work tomorrow Going to have a meal out. I think that’s what I need to go back to doing I recently started doing 5 days a week again but long hard days and it’s just been too much for me so I’ll be selective about which jobs I do and do the ones which are financially worth it and slow down on the very small ones I think I’ll have a good look at my diary once I’m back

@@THETATTOOGARDENER83 Mate, as long as you cover your bills, have a bit put by for lean times, and some for a few treats, its all you need, it sounds like you have some high value jobs/client, get rid of the ones that cause you to have to do an extra hour at the end of the day, i binned a load of work that caused me grief and just kept the cream jobs, also the more you earn the more you give the tax man, take it easy fella, it will all work out good

Sounds good mate I try and take the odd long weekend when possible but still find the other days catch up with me Sounds like you’ve got it sussed tho jack keep up the great work buddy and weirdly looking forward to the winter months not that I’m hurrying that alone but slightly cooler darker earlier etc Have a good rest of the week and weekend 😎🙌🏼

I’m going to look at what I’ve got and possibly slow alittle moving forward I’d be happier doing 4 days a week over 5 Health comes first

No mate I keep weekends free Every other weekend I have my kids from first marriage then weekends in between with my partner and kids from this household

I might well go back to doing that when I’m back from holiday

Thanks Carol we took the kids away recently so luckily my in laws very kindly said they’d have the boys so me and Maria could have a rest and recharge but more importantly have quality time together which we’ll cherish very much and look forward to see the kids on our return I’ll miss them dearly for the time we’re away

@@martynkersey8729 all of these are relatable mate not easy I’ve started going down the price per job if I can We do learn from our mistakes tho Are you still gardening or now doing other things

@@TKG yeah I agree work load is one thing another for me personally is home life kids then kids up at night not sleeping which then affects us sleeping and trying to give 100% running on a flat battery (not easy) but loads of scenarios as you say mate not easy

@@THETATTOOGARDENER83 defiantly sleep deprivation, I have been struggling due to rotator cuff pain, and had to have a bit of time off to recover from lack of sleep, I can work through pain but not tiredness.

Will do mate we really need a break We took the kids away a few weeks ago but didn’t really relax as such so on this occasion it’s just me and the Mrs big al and my lovely mother in law very kindly looking after the boys so that we can properly relax I’ll miss them dearly but we don’t sleep much at home and working all day just burns us out so it’s well needed
