Thanks David it took a few years to build up a decent round there are lots of beautiful gardens around my area we are quite lucky to live where we do it’s a gardeners dream they’ll never be a shortage of work in the south east
Having said that I’d say there’s probably loads of work everywhere it’s just a case of getting your name out there and people will soon start coming to you 😃
@THETATTOOGARDENER83 I'm in the cotswolds area Pete so some lovely places around here...which do you find more workable and profitable...the quick in and outs or the bigger jobs?

Some will be chipped and the rest burnt there was so much left over so we’re going to deal with that

Great Work 👍 im the same as you for shaping shrubs but I've now learnt Check with the customer or get to know them. After 2yrs of doing a ladies garden, she said for God sake Stop shaping the shrubs into lollypop s & balls😂
lol I’ve worked for my client for a few years now and know what they like
I’m lucky some of them say to me treat the garden as if it’s your own which I like it almost gives me free reigns to crack on

It’s hard some weeks filming with the amount of work. Other weeks I’m able to film more😅😄👍
I’m really finding this at the moment mate I managed to film two videos last week meaning if I don’t have time to film this week I’ve still got atleast one video for the coming week

First property, getting rid of those weeds, bed looked so nice. Second property, great job on opening up and making room for the other trees and shrubs, two other shrubs look odd, but once you clean them up, it will probably blend in better. Wonderful job on both gardens ✨✨✨✨✨

Great job! I think I need to sit down myself after watching your video. You don't have put in the work. I try and spray weeds in beds and then manure are over the top .
The manure also helps to suppress any new weeds coming up later. Have you tried this?
Hi Neil I haven’t tried it but one of my old customers speaks weed killer on her beds and killed everything including her shrubs etc I’ve only ever sprayed gravel driveways

Great job Pete. Whats your thoughts on the Ego gear? Looking to move to battery for everything except the mower. Ego seems to come out on top, any advice ?

I’m not 100% as I’ve not used it I’ve only got the stihl stuff
What I will say is if it’s as good as the stihl gear then happy days and I believe it’s alittle cheaper
It’s something I really want to try I also hear their battery mowers are really good
If I can get hold of some ego stuff I’ll do a product review vs stihl gear

Meant to ask you Pete....seen you with a few different mowers hayter izzy etesia etc... if I start up next year what is the one pro mower you would start up with?...
If you want stripes Honda pro 536 if you don’t care but want a good all rounder that cuts dry and wet etesia pro 46
It’s really all down to you buddy might be worth trying a few and getting a feel for it

We had a one sell up and move which freed up some space it was the big job I used to do with the countex
I’ve got no room again now
It’s nice when a job go’s you can fill gaps really quick
if you qsk me mate some of them real big gardens could nearly warrant a full time gardener or lots more hours 🤔
This is very true mate they probably do need a few more hours
Actually the lovely people in the second job they’ve just given me extra hours to do all their mowing
They normally do it he finds it a nice relaxing job away from his work
My clients just had knee surgery so needs me to help do his mowing for him so that will help him and me over the next two months
